@@DLCMan1218 No, they really did hunker down to learn how to dance. It was for an event by Rise who is a legit pop star. So all this dancing is canon for the P4 gang and not a dream. They do end up having to tackle a plot in the dance studio though so it all works out.

Personal opinion: Persona 4: A song that feels something you should dance to, and actually feel happy. Persona 5: A song really tries to be it own thing. Persona 3: A song you get a group together to reminiscence and cry all at the same time. Fits the games that they span off from, huh?

Though the guns/evokers in Persona 3 are in a sense of acknowledging your mortality, due to the characters being young, they have to accept and remember that one day they will die, being free from fear of the death can be relatable to the act of commiting suicide, that's what the characters are truly passing by

True true, I've always thought that Investigation Team was a great name because, despite its dark tone at times, a lot of it is being with friends, figuring out who you are, joking around, etc.. I kinda felt like a badass name for P4 wouldn't fit the same way it fit P3 and P5.

P4 cast was keeping up with the shadow ops the most experienced group(since p3 still fight shadows after their game thus making them experienced)

Sure Akechi fucked up but the investigation team didn't have to fight opponents such as the prime minister Shido and a fake god. 2.The phantom thieves plan multiple heists and were able to defeat several criminals and figure out that Akechi was the one behind the mass murders. Not to mention their entire plan to catch Akechi and confirm he was the killer and get Joker to escape without get killed. They also more weapons available to them such as guns and the baton pass and the upcoming grappling hook. Edit:The palaces are also harder to navigate as they are no longer randomly generated with more puzzles and parkour. Joker also has more advantages such as his confidants and how it can grant the team as a whole multiple advantages such as getting more money, being able to fuse more personas and make better ones, get extra time, getting more medicine such as health boosts and sp boosts, levelling up faster, getting better guns, etc. I can see why SEES can compare with the Phantom Thieves but not the investigation team. They are leagues apart. The investigation team's downfall is that they don't think they feel. Edit: Futaba is a hacker and Aegis is a robot. Just an extra thing to add. But the Phantom thieves and SEES are still in the same league not the investigation team.

Mark danced so crazy, Atlus knew the audience wouldn’t be able to handle it and didn’t show it. To be real though, the first three Persona games were a real trip. I didn’t get far in Eternal Punishment (partially because the battle system was a little slow and was burnt out on JRPG’s during the time, however the story was really good), but my favourite parts about the first three games were their bizarreness. I mean, in Persona 1 we have a teenager who dances crazy to negotiate with demons and a bad guy who’s name is Guido, in Persona 2: Innocent Sin we have a main character that makes flawless Motorcycle noises with his voice and censorship so hilarious that they put sunglasses on Hitler with his name as Fuher. But like I said, I didn’t give Eternal Punishment a fair shot and am considering to go back to it soon on my PS TV. I was pleasantly surprised that even though Persona 3 changed the gameplay in many ways (some may think it is not traditional to original MegaTen form, I personally don’t mind it and has a twist on the Press Turn system modern SMT games do (excluding Strange Journey) with the One More system) there are still references to the previous games and they are still to this day. I appreciate that since some series just throw early entries under the bus and pretend they didn’t happen or ignore them entirely. TLDR; P1, P2:IS, and P2:EP were good enough games that I believe more people should give a shot at them.
Man, lyrics of P3D op makes me wanna cry... It's like a sweet callback to what was before and a promise to something in the future - I mean they literally say 'Remember the times' and 'We'll meet again'. Ooh, my feelings!..
Going from the vibe and lyrics, P4 was showing off, letting go yet holding the happiness of a family of sorts getting together. P5 was agressive yet excited, showing off in a different way by being risky. P3 was long awaited reunion, energetic and happy while at the same time being vibrant and true to themselves. It's early in the morning and I'm typing this with a sleepy brain after dancing to each tune, so this may not be accurate come morning.
Each has their own good parts that make me love them all equally: P4’s kinda tough, because it’s well around; it has nice lyrics and music, as well as the animation being kinda messy, but good at the same time. P5 has really good music that gets stuck in your head, and the animation helps that a lot. It’s fast and kinda represents the game. The lyrics could use some work though. P3 sends the greatest message, because it talks about times with S.E.E.S. and that’s sweet. They have been gone for a while and seeing each other makes this song much more significant. Plus, they burn the bread. That’s great. However, the background music is a bit lacking.

Though the guns/evokers in Persona 3 are in a sense of acknowledging your mortality, due to the characters being young, they have to accept and remember that one day they will die, being free from fear of the death can be relatable to the act of commiting suicide, that's what the characters are truly passing by
The P3 opening and lyrics are my favorites because it’s really colorful and fits so well with the music but the lyrics feel as if door-kun has finally come back from his status as door-kun and it gives the impression of a fun reunion party or something.

True true, I've always thought that Investigation Team was a great name because, despite its dark tone at times, a lot of it is being with friends, figuring out who you are, joking around, etc.. I kinda felt like a badass name for P4 wouldn't fit the same way it fit P3 and P5.

I feel like it all really depends on the game you start with, for me 3 is best and 5 is second best, then 2, then 4. I just really thought four was a little too carefree for a murder investigation theme....especially right after the whole nyx business.
I love P4 but the team just feels less professional compared to the others which in a way they kind of are but it’s almost more relatable that way since in the end they are just kids

2. P4 cast was keeping up with the shadow ops the most experienced group(since p3 still fight shadows after their game thus making them experienced)
@@kuubrra7261 1. Sure Akechi fucked up but the investigation team didn't have to fight opponents such as the prime minister Shido and a fake god.
2.The phantom thieves plan multiple heists and were able to defeat several criminals and figure out that Akechi was the one behind the mass murders. Not to mention their entire plan to catch Akechi and confirm he was the killer and get Joker to escape without get killed. They also more weapons available to them such as guns and the baton pass and the upcoming grappling hook.
Edit:The palaces are also harder to navigate as they are no longer randomly generated with more puzzles and parkour. Joker also has more advantages such as his confidants and how it can grant the team as a whole multiple advantages such as getting more money, being able to fuse more personas and make better ones, get extra time, getting more medicine such as health boosts and sp boosts, levelling up faster, getting better guns, etc.
I can see why SEES can compare with the Phantom Thieves but not the investigation team. They are leagues apart. The investigation team's downfall is that they don't think they feel.
Edit: Futaba is a hacker and Aegis is a robot. Just an extra thing to add. But the Phantom thieves and SEES are still in the same league not the investigation team.

Mark danced so crazy, Atlus knew the audience wouldn’t be able to handle it and didn’t show it.
To be real though, the first three Persona games were a real trip. I didn’t get far in Eternal Punishment (partially because the battle system was a little slow and was burnt out on JRPG’s during the time, however the story was really good), but my favourite parts about the first three games were their bizarreness. I mean, in Persona 1 we have a teenager who dances crazy to negotiate with demons and a bad guy who’s name is Guido, in Persona 2: Innocent Sin we have a main character that makes flawless Motorcycle noises with his voice and censorship so hilarious that they put sunglasses on Hitler with his name as Fuher. But like I said, I didn’t give Eternal Punishment a fair shot and am considering to go back to it soon on my PS TV. I was pleasantly surprised that even though Persona 3 changed the gameplay in many ways (some may think it is not traditional to original MegaTen form, I personally don’t mind it and has a twist on the Press Turn system modern SMT games do (excluding Strange Journey) with the One More system) there are still references to the previous games and they are still to this day. I appreciate that since some series just throw early entries under the bus and pretend they didn’t happen or ignore them entirely.
TLDR; P1, P2:IS, and P2:EP were good enough games that I believe more people should give a shot at them.

Going from the vibe and lyrics, P4 was showing off, letting go yet holding the happiness of a family of sorts getting together. P5 was agressive yet excited, showing off in a different way by being risky. P3 was long awaited reunion, energetic and happy while at the same time being vibrant and true to themselves.

Each has their own good parts that make me love them all equally:
P4’s kinda tough, because it’s well around; it has nice lyrics and music, as well as the animation being kinda messy, but good at the same time.
P5 has really good music that gets stuck in your head, and the animation helps that a lot. It’s fast and kinda represents the game. The lyrics could use some work though.
P3 sends the greatest message, because it talks about times with S.E.E.S. and that’s sweet. They have been gone for a while and seeing each other makes this song much more significant. Plus, they burn the bread. That’s great. However, the background music is a bit lacking.
Yeah, apart from the smirk from Yosuke and Rise - they all had blank faces (Then again, what do you expect from a game released in 2010?)
