This happened to me once before, i think it's to do with voltage I had a faulty plug extender so I plugged it into the mains or another one and it worked when I pressed the on button on the remote.

If this is happening to you I would suggest you check the voltage conversion sheet you may get in packaging and check how many inputs you are putting into the lights. *If the voltage is correct I suggest you take a look on the adapter and see if you can find a model number then order it online.* Alot of these manufacturers make very cheap parts that mess up my brother had one of these led strip lights and the infra red sensor didn't work but when i plugged mine into his it worked.

You either pressed the strobe light function on the remote if there is one or it generally is a problem with the connection or power going to the lights check the plug and wires.
OKAY! So I just had this problem and you need to play with the remotes and spam them. So basically just spam the on and off button and it should work. I just did it and it worked
Breeze well to be honest since it was one light and i couldn’t figure it out, i just covered it with black tape and since my strip is so big i can’t even tell the difference, lol. sorry!

Heather Fowler hi mine were doing the same thing you can do 2 things, either contact the company or you need to check the connection. If neither of those work try lightly pressing the led bulbs.
so my issue is that my led strips won’t fit into the connector thing and i’m trying everythung and my fingers are now abused for hours of trying to fit them in.
i had mine for 1-2 months already and they worked fine but i tried to move the adapter a little and the whole thing turned off and the green light isn’t even on somebody please help😔
@@eelo810 So I outlined this metal ship and everything works great. I have them plugged in so where i was setting up I cld figure out the problem if they were went out, but they didn't. Should I just leave as is and not try to cut them bc I can just tape where I finished up.. Wish I can send a pix. If ppl just lit them as they were going along and the lights went out. Then that's were the problem is. Oh, If I don't cut them either then I will cut where the next when I use them for another project. Hope this sounds right.

Hi Shirley, this usually happens when connector pin doesn't have enough contact to LED strip copper pad. You may follow these simple steps in trouble shooting the issue: 1. Open the connector box 2. Check and make sure that LED strips oval or circular copper pads are properly lined up or touching the connector's silver pins. 3. If you can see that they aren't aligned right, gently move the strip back and forth until the strips light up properly and this usually fixes connection issues of your LED strip. Okay, serious inquiry’s only. I’ve had these light strips for about a year, and every time I turn them to the color red, they are all red, but when I turn them to blue, three of the tiny lights aren’t working. And then when I turn them to white, the three that weren’t working turn yellow. And so on and so forth, basically there’s three little lights that aren’t in sync with the colors I’m choosing. What do I do?
Check if there is arrows on the plug thst goes into the lights if there is then make sure they're aligned. If not make sure it is plugged in properly. If it isn't to do with wattage then it must be with some of the parts depending on which one it is, it could be the adapter most of the time it is so if you can find a model number on it and buy a new one thats all the advice I can give you however I'm no expert.

Ive done 4 sets of lights. TVs, bedrooms. I connected 4 sets of strips together. One strip will be yellow and the other 3 are red. One strip is white the other three are blue. In the bed room the further the distance the color changes. It will be red close to the power supply and almost pink orange by the end of the 60' run. These connectors do not work well at all. They are so finicky.

Need help! My led strips are not working right(specifically GREEN). When the led is on turned off green is on but on dimmed. To make it more clear, just hold down on those down arrow buttons until it turns a different color for the diy buttons. What I did was I kept holding down on the down blue arrows until it turns green and keep doing to same things with those arrows.

⚠️PLEASE HELP!!⚠️ Only like three weeks into having my LED lights I noticed that my TV remote also controlled my lights for some reason? (Certain buttons would change the colours of the lights) but the On and Off button to my TV remote would turn my lights off and I would just turn my LED lights back on after.. but one day as usual my tv remote On and Off button turned off my LED lights and now they won’t turn back on at all. I’ve tried everything.. I’ve tried new sockets and new extension cords, I’ve tried unplugging everything and replacing it back in.. I even left the lights alone for a while thinking that they would maybe turn on again if I just left them alone for a bit but they still won’t turn back on :( someone please tell me what to do! ⚠️
Mine are kind of weird, obviously they’re working but the one light strip with the charger wire thing plugged into it is a lot brighter than the other one, the other has lights not working, is it not powerful enough or something?

My thing to connect it is lose and if I do it carefully and it doesn’t fall out it won’t work. I used to just set them down carefully and it worked but not the connection thingy won’t work at all. The connectors on my set just don't work. Maybe a few of them at best but here's the worst part. The most important one doesn't work. The one connected to the power! The light strips themselves seem okay but I can't use mine if it can't connect to the power. I seriously hope they actually did something about this. I don't even think I can find the set I bought. Where one connects to another there may be an arrow on the pieces that connect them showing they have to be facing the same way

my lights started flashing one day and ive seen people say its because of the ac/dc adapter being bad or incorrect. I really don't know what to search for
Mine don’t do the right colours and some colours just go rainbow and flash all the time I can’t have the on because they give me nausea
Need help! My led strips are not working right(specifically GREEN). When the led is on turned off green is on but on dimmed. When I turned it on and set on green light same things happen when it is off. dimmed green only appears. That is why when I set it on white, purple/pink color appear. It seems green is not working properly. Please help. Thanks in advance!
The arrow buttons won’t work on mine.
I found the solution: When you click the diy buttons hold down on the green down arrow or blue down arrow
To make it more clear, just hold down on those down arrow buttons until it turns a different color for the diy buttons. What I did was I kept holding down on the down blue arrows until it turns green and keep doing to same things with those arrows.

I have 4 wire 3528 rgb strip light and i want a connector between two cuta but i couldn’t find one anywhere cause 4 wires some only with 10 mm strip light width but my strip light width is 8 mm. Please help
mine wont turn on, but when i tried to push it earlier it was flicking, but when i tried it again it wont work. i had this leds for 3 months already. nothings wrong with the battery, even if i try to turn it it won't. idk if its incorrect wiring or something, but it just wont work yo 😭😭
what can be the issue if the light strip has a constant color, even when the controller says off?

Only like three weeks into having my LED lights I noticed that my TV remote also controlled my lights for some reason? (Certain buttons would change the colours of the lights) but the On and Off button to my TV remote would turn my lights off and I would just turn my LED lights back on after.. but one day as usual my tv remote On and Off button turned off my LED lights and now they won’t turn back on at all. I’ve tried everything.. I’ve tried new sockets and new extension cords, I’ve tried unplugging everything and replacing it back in.. I even left the lights alone for a while thinking that they would maybe turn on again if I just left them alone for a bit but they still won’t turn back on :( someone please tell me what to do! ⚠️
Mine are kind of weird, obviously they’re working but the one light strip with the charger wire thing plugged into it is a lot brighter than the other one, the other has lights not working, is it not powerful enough or something?
my leds only work a tiny bit when i touch the silver thing in between the actual lights and if i touch the one labeled “green”, it turns blue but when i touch the one labeled “blue” it turns green

What do i do if my lights dont have the line to cut???
I tested mine and it perfectly worked but then i cut it on the copper thingy and cut it in the line after that the only strip near the plug is woking and the rest doesn’t work

Mines just stays one color and I tried everything. I changed the battery in the remote I left it unplugged for days and I tried switching the plug ins around, any suggestions ?

i have 2 of 5m strips, i bought both at a different time ive been using it for a week now. but i woke up then the other 5m strip, a small quarter of it has no blue on it. the first control box wasnt working, the other strip wasnt as bright as the other one. so when i changed it, the lights are equally bright but the blue is still gone. Help me lmao

so when i plug in the power it works for half a second then turn off they dont work when i fully plug it in
to hang up my lights i used staples, but some staples penetrated the actual strip, they worked fine right after i hung them up but a few weeks later they spontaneously stopped working. i haven’t tried replacing the battery in the remote but i’m thinking that could be a potential cause. please help, i don’t know what else to do

mine work perfect but then when i turn my tv on they basically shut down and they don’t work until a few days again 😫
My thing to connect it is lose and if I do it carefully and it doesn’t fall out it won’t work. I used to just set them down carefully and it worked but not the connection thingy won’t work at all. Sorry this was badly explained but if anyone could help pls reply to this comment (I have stardust leds btw)

The connectors on my set just don't work. Maybe a few of them at best but here's the worst part. The most important one doesn't work. The one connected to the power! The light strips themselves seem okay but I can't use mine if it can't connect to the power. I seriously hope they actually did something about this. I don't even think I can find the set I bought. I bought them last year. I put the whole kit away because I was frustrated and forgot about them until now. I tried to set it up again and .. nope.
