Nice gimbals - but I couldn't take my eyes off the apartment and location! It reminds me of the apartment that used to belong to... I can't remember which movie star from the 1980's. A year or two ago I bought a camera gimbal but I've hardly used it - I can't even remember which model it is -using a Pocket 3 is so much more practical for many (not all) purposes. Sadly, I suspect the Pocket 3 has caused the full size gimbal products to move upmarket for people who are serious about video and therefore use "real" cameras - probably a smaller market compared to a few years ago. But clearly these devices are becoming significantly more sophisticated with each release. Thanks for the review!
The video was actually shot on a Pocket 3! 💪. I am doing an experiment of only using the P3 for all my content creation for 1 month and see where I can and can’t use for my workflow. These gimbals are actually really good! If a client wants full size cameras, it’s the way to go. A good Canon camera with nice lenses still gets you better overall images where there is high-contrast. Like in those properties where you have those massive windows everywhere… i guess there is no one tool that is best, we all work in different ways and for some, a smartphone is what they use. Have you seen the footage you get out of the new iPhones in apple log? I wish the pocket 3 would provide proper log…

Great video. Just ordered the mini. Question can one use a iphone rig/cage and attach to gimbal this way allowing for lighting etc for attachments to the rig/cage.

The Scorp mini 2 is a great gimbal. I have to say. If you need something more compact and smaller, the M6 is great and if face/person tracking is important to you, the hohem M6 is superior, plus you get a nice remote control and a lot of tilt adjustment for reducing headroom and nailing framing when tracking. Plus it is smartphone gimbal only. The scorp mini 2 gives you great stabilisation and a solid AI tracking but without the fine adjustments the M6 provides.. But on the Mini 2 you can use a compact mirrorless camera or a smartphone, which can be very helpful. I did a video some time ago comparing the RS3 mini vs a zhiyun weebill 3S and I would not recommend it. I'm confused which one should I buy? Hohem? ZHIYUN? Scorp mini2 ? It seems like this is better, you can plug everything into mini2. The only problem is that the program does not support 4K60 on Android phones. For example, I will shoot more real estate videos. It should be smoother shooting. It should have more action. Android should support 4K60. And it should support attaching not only phones but also cameras and action cameras. I am not looking for size, smallness or weight, because it is important. its function :)
The mini 2 is a very good gimbal. Probably, in terms of balancing, at the same level as the crane M3S. The MT2 is a bit behind, in terms of stabilisation, but the MT2 is smaller than the Mini2 and in terms of the AI tracker, I feel it is still ahead. It is smoother and you get a smoother experience, plus the adjustments can be done via remote control and I feel the tracker is better implemented. But not miles ahead, simply a little better. It all depends on what you want. The Mini2 has a more professional look and feel. The Crane M3S is also a great gimbal. All 3 can handle compact cameras and smartphones. It is a tough choice, I give you that. I would also be confused. I am planning to do a comparison between the 3 and also between the MT2 and the Mini 2 in the coming weeks that hopefully will help anyone wanting to make that decision... By the way,, Blackmagic is soon releasing their app for Android and that should/ will have 4K/60 just as with iPhones, but I think it is released only for a number of specific devices. The problem with Android is that every manufacturer has their version of Android, which makes is very difficult for app manufacturers to do a one-for-all app. What Apple has is a platform that never changes so it is the same to all devices, making it easier for app developers to code for it, because they don't have to do 100 different versions of the same app. One version works for all iphones.

Hard to say. Have you tried using a usb to usbc cable? Are you using a fast charger or a standard usb charger?
@@SamuelSotiega In my opinion mini2 stands out. But it doesn't rotate full 360. Is there a 360Panorama feature in MT2?
Ahh! You caught me there. I will have to look into it..
ChatGPT needs an army of servers just to write a birthday note but you believe that a gimbal has AI? Putting AI in a product is the new bluetooth.....
For years I kept looking for a blue tooth hidden in every product that claimed to be bluetooth. Until I understood it was all a marketing trick. How disappointed I was! 😀😀
@@SamuelSotiegaah Marketing tricks anything can be a marketing trick if there is money involved
Manipulation and persuasion are or is the same word
That's a good one!! 😂
Yeah it’s so funny how my Canon can track my eyes but it’s not AI😱 I have the Scorp 2, the tracking is good but it’s just face recognition, Ai is the new marketing go to😂
