I just happened to see this video and to be honest i mainly clicked on it because i wanted a closer look at your nails…lol…but then here I am 37 mins later and I’m ready to go grab my wires and my memorial beads I just made and have left over and try a set like this as a surprise for the wife of the gentleman who changed his address to Heaven recently….You are a great teacher….Now I will probably be up all night trying to make this and watching more of your videos…Thank you for taking time to explain in a very easy way to understand….❤️
LOL, glad my nails drew you inLOL, I knew they were good for something😊 I am happy you found the video inspiring. Have fun making one, but do get some sleep👍😁
@@clarejohnson779 sure…at the time that I posted that comment I co-owned a business where one side did vinyl and my side did cups and everything memorial keepsake based…the beads I would take flowers from an event (funeral or other events) sent to me by my customers and dried them, and once they were dried and cleaned I mixed the beads with epoxy…once they were cured I took them and sanded and polished them and made custom jewelry from them for our customers…. Your video is a keeper. Made some of these bracelets for a store I put my work in and I have customers asking for more of them again. Absolutely stunning! I was watching some craft videos, this one clicked and 'sparked joy!' Ran to the craft room, grabbed the supplies and started working along with you. And it was really fun! Looks beautiful, I also feel a sense of gratitude towards u for making this video step by step, very beginner friendly!. Thank you! Something about making a craft from scratch makes me feel very accomplished and happy. 😊
Fun, Gina! I made this bangle tonight and I love how it turned out! I had to completely depart from the script because I only had 16g gold wire, so that's what I used. And 6/0 seed beads because the 8/0s wouldn't fit on the wire. Used green wooden beads that were handy. And voila! It's super cute and fits perfectly. Yes, it was hard to work with 16g wire, but it turned out really cute. Thank you for this lovely design.
I love this bracelet. I am a beginner with wire. This is the second of your patterns that I have fallen in love with. SOoooo easy to make. So beautiful. Thank you again.
Excellent instructional video that I really appreciate as a beginner. I am going to try making this bracelet. It’s very pretty. I will be perusing your website as well.💜
Thanks Gina for the tutorial. This is my first time trying this technique. I followed your instructions and my bracelet came out just fine. I just want to say that I love your videos! You explain each step so well which makes it easy to follow for someone like me as a beginner.
This is gorgeous! Thank you for explaining everything. During this pandemic i been trying to pick up a new creative hobby and have interested in making jewelry! I find it relaxing and cant wait to try this out once i purchase my pieces
Creative hobbies are a great way to pass the time during the pandemic, it’s also keeps your brain healthy😁 I am happy you like this project, have fun with it.
@ Camila G Making Jewellery is the best hobby, I went into a bead shop about 20 years ago and I bought a set of pliers, a pair of wire flush cutters, a few bags of pretty (but inexpensive) glass beads, a spool of beading wire and the necessary metal findings - earring hooks, crimp beads, jump rings, clasps, head pins and eye pins and the whole lot came to around $40.00 Australian. And I still use the same pliers. I wasn't making much before covid came along, but now I'm making jewellery all the time - I just finished making my kitty a new collar out of purple leather cord and some round silver beads with larger holes in them, so they could fit onto the cord. I buy a lot of old beaded jewellery from Op. Shops (op. shops are what we in Australia call thrift stores. Op. Shop is short for Opportunity Shop!) Thrift stores/Opportunity shops are great for finding gorgeous beads that would cost a lot of money if you bought them new. I really scored about a month ago at a thrift store when I found a very long necklace which someone had obviously made at home, I say "obviously" because the necklace wasn't well made and it wasn't finished properly. But, it had lots of great beads on it - like Czech glass cathedral beads in blue, carved bone beads in cream and brown, fresh water pearls in gold and bronze, Czech fire - polished faceted round beads in blue, wooden beads in brown and cream, and some glass beads in brown with pink, blue and bronze stripes. So, I added some beads from my own stash at home, and, after creating a design I liked (and, honestly, creating the design is the only hard part to this!) I cut off a 5 coil length of gold - plated memory wire and put on the beads in the order I had designed. So, I really recommend going to thrift stores and having a good look through all the jewellery, and buying a set of pliers. You don't need the most expensive ones, and you can always invest in other ones as time goes on. I've finally bought a One - Step - Looper because I'm not good at making wire loops, but you might be great at it. Good luck Camila and HAVE FUN. Love from Amanda in Australia
Aww thanks very much. It's super cute. I'm going to try with blue gleamy moonstone beads. You showed it so well. Step by step. In a language I understand. I'm so getting into wire jewellery now. Extremely enjoyable hobby and gift options for friends and family. Loved it. 😁❤️🌹 I love it when a plan comes together ☺️. X
Those bracelets that you showed in the beginning are beautiful!!!! I am definitely going to make these bracelets, and learn from you to make these rings out of wire. I think that ring is beautiful you made along with the one I saw on your finger before clicking on this video, very nice!!! Thank you for sharing.
Hi! I really like the beads you chose for this bracelet and ring. So very pretty! I have tried a million times to make a decent ring. I just have so many problems with it. However, I never tried this technique, so I'll see if it works for me. Thank-you so much for sharing and God bless you.🙂😇👣
I forgot I didnt finish watching this video yesterday........lol.................But I did watch most just the ring I missed.......This is so Lovely.......can make heaps of these all sorts beads..shapes n sizes...Thank you....take care....hugssss
Yay! I made my very first bracelet today while watching your tutorial! Thank you for giving me, & so many other folks, the ability to learn how to do this. It’s so important right now for all of us to hold on to these little glimmers of happiness, hope & unity. God Bless. 🇺🇸❤️✌🏽
I love the bracelet I have 4 to make. What I need is instructions on how to make a braided key chain. I have the pattern made and the beads, and what (I think) is the right material to thread the beads.
You are very welcome, have fun with it, the more you work wire the easier it will get. Don’t get discouraged if you need to try more than once, that’s just wire working.
I am so grateful for your video. I decided to make a few and the next things - 6 bracelets and a ring. I used what I had and so mine look different but I love the concept and after having made 6, I feel like I have really mastered this technique. Thanks you so-oo much.
Beautiful set, Gina. Thanks for such clear instructions! I have similar "moonstones" and have been trying to figure out what to make with them. Going to try the bracelet, looks like a lot of fun to work :-)
This looks great, especially for my granddaughter. I was thinking that if the hook hooks to the inside, it would be less likely to hooks into other things when wearing it. What do you think could be the reasons for Not doing it this way? I'm really interested in your comments as I've never done anything like this, so as an experienced maker, I'm sure that you will have a good reason for putting the hook on the outside that I haven't thought of. Thank you very much for such a clear and simple explanation of how to make this.
I love this video you give great instructions and the Visuals are so clear.. Do you have Links to purchase the beads and wire you are using.. And thank you for thus tutorial ❤️
This turned out SOOO well! It was my first time ever to handle wire and beads and it looks wonderfull! this is a very good design and avery good tutorial! Thank you so much!!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again... you are so talented and such a great teacher. You explain everything so clearly. Im extremely happy that I found you! You are the best one on TH-cam!!! Thank you for all you do for us. 💝🥰🤗
Gorgeous! Perhaps I should practice with a softer wire first. Thanks for your tutorials. You make it seem like I can do this. And I love your nails, too.!
I started to watch this video because I have the same moonstone beads… and I loved the minimalist approach… ONce I started to watch, I was dumbfounded at that you noticed the flaws, mistakes and general imperfections and never showed us how to fix them! While you might be ok with a twisted band or two, many of us are not… especially beginners. A follow up video on how to fix errors such as this would be entirely useful.
When you started wrapping the wire around the first bead at around 13:13mins I couldn`t see if you went over the right strand or under it, could you clarify ? Thanks xx
So pretty and classic looking. Do you remember where you got the beads. They are just beautiful. I like the gray color also. You are so talented. Love your designs.
You can get these beads at Chinesecrystalbeads.com but shipping is expensive. Try a search on the web. Now that I have a website I will try to order and list some. But it will be a month or so before my website is completely finished.I will do a video announcement when I am ready. 😁
Oh my lovely Gina...;) Absolutely beautiful!!! I have those beads....8mm, 10mm and 12's as well so....I'll be good to go. It's been awhile so I hope you are doing well. Still...hugs and loves for you sweetie!!! Thanks for the tutorial!!!

When you started wrapping the wire around the first bead at around 13:13mins I couldn`t see if you went over the right strand or under it, could you clarify ? Thanks xx
Under it, but I wrap each one exactly the same way, so if that one is hard to see, watch the next few until you see it well.❤️
I made it by couldn’t see the left hand. Did you go under the right wire? I couldn’t see you hand. Thanks
Just made this it came out so pretty. Thank you. Your instructions were easy to follow.
