That’s great. You’ll love it. The black plastic blade is a dough blade. It is used for kneading dough used in baking. The emulsifying disc is used for whisking egg white for some types of cake like cheesecake and whipping cream too. So generally for any ingredient the requires whisking, you can use the emulsifying disc.
Thanks Anthony. I’ve been using mine for the past one year and I’d advice you do this. I wash and soak my washed beans in some cool water and place it in the fridge a night before blending or for about 3 to 4 hours if I’m using it same day. It helps with the blending process. I’ll also advise that you blend little at a time. You blend and take it out before blending so more especially for your Akara recipe. This is to ensure you don’t add a lot of water. For my food processor,it’s just the blender that works,the part for choppings and shredding isn’t working
Sorry about that. Kindly ensure that you fit the bowl perfectly on the motor, and you’ll know that is properly placed when it makes a clicking sound.

How to dice carrot for fried rice, can it do it
Unfortunately, it doesn’t have the dicing function. It can only grate the carrot, make a julienne cut, and also cross cut rounds.

I wouldn’t advise you to use it for those. However, I have used it previously for blending beans after soaking it up for a while

I have a video of how I used it to make pounded yam. I haven’t used it for fufu but I think it can handle it.
