Thank you for watching our videos and for the questions you ask :) Bundles are such a great way to cross-sell products. You can take the same concept from the Personalization video, th-cam.com/video/HpkBJQR-35c/w-d-xo.html of making the bundle listings unsynced and manually processing unsynced items/orders. Also, you should mention there is a limit of 100 variations, so with 4 designs that leaves about 3 shirt color options with 3 sizes... or something like that
The mug part is confusing, it doesn't go that way on my Printful, i can't edit anything on the mug, can't put the design (different colors of the same design on the mugs), also, not being able to add other types of mugs either, i mean to make one etsy listing with more than 1 mug variant, like the white glossy mugs and mugs with color inside, of course with the same design. Hey! That's not possible at the moment, but it's something that the team is slowly exploring. 😎 Perhaps in the future! Right now, each product would have to be designed separately.
Hey there i had a different issue that i am facing while selling custom print products on shopify. Could you help me out ? 😢 So the thing is that i have White & black tshirt . And S, M, L , XL for each colour. And i have custom prints to all these variants. And Made products based on the Prints. So i have like Car print on Black tshirt for S-XL and same for white. But how will i manage inventory and add Quantities to these Tshirts ? As i have 100 unit of Black tshirt for Small Size in total. But have 25 different Customs prints. How will i share the total 100 Quantity of Small Size with all these customs prints !?😐😐
Hey! The technique that was used on mugs worked because the variants were added based on the color of the design, however, for t-shirts, the color would resemble the color of the blank product that can't be duplicated, so we're afraid this wouldn't be possible. 😕
If I have 2 different designs that work with the same colors, I can't add them to the same listing in Printful because it doesn't allow me. It says that the colors I chose were already added.
Hey! I can suggest creating a listing with one product, then on Wix side add the variants with the other product. After that, enable the "Import not synced products" option on our side and sync the rest of the product variants with the other product. 😉
😢😢 The part in the video where you select the colors you want. Then click all the size variants. I'm getting grayed out "change print file" tab with a message above saying all selected variants must have the same print file. But you're telling me something different. I need help.
The button greys out if one or more variants have a different print file or if one or more of the variants was changed separately. You can try to figure out which variants are different and only select the same ones. Let us know if that helps.
for Posters, how can I have more than one Mockup for my Product when choosing Custom Mockup (e.g. flat + girl holding + art on wall)?. After hours of trying, I can´t figure it out. The Printful interface seems intuitive, but it´s a bit confusing.
Some products on certain platforms don't support additional mockup types; however, you can download mockups from either product templates or synced products through Printful and then upload them on your store side. Hope this helps :)
@@PrintfulCustomPrintingI would like to avoid downloading, there are too much formats and it would take forever to do this manually. Matte Print Mockup view show 3 views, but at the end, only two of them are being saved. The print file view would be a nice addition too, but its not saving. Then, next step, choosing between basic and custom mockup, where I can only choose one variant. Watching Printful T-Shirt Tutorials on TH-cam, there is a lot more going on. I´m only doing printstherefor I´m quite surprised why this process is so difficult to setup. The variants are there, but I cant choose them. There is no check mark box or similar to choose more than one Mockup style. You´ve got a beautiful interface, uploader, mockup tool etc.. But the most crutial part, the output is just not working out well, at least for poster. (shopify + blurry images, for prints a disaster)
This was very useful, but can I do this with other products? E.g I have a print I'd like to sell on my website, and I'd like to have a poster version, framed poster version and a canvas print version all synced together. Is this possible?
Hey! You have the ability to download mockups in the Stores and Synced variants views on your Dashboard. The feature’s functionality is the same as in the Product Templates section. 🙂
can you create one design and select multiple different products or can you only choose multi[le variants of the same product- ie cat design on tshiet/hoodie and mug
Hey! It's currently not possible to upload the same design onto multiple products in bulk, but this can be easily achieved with all product variants when you're designing a product. 😊

Thanks Printful 🙏 For both my BigCartel and Etsy integrations I need a single listing that has variants of entirely different products/designs. And each of those variants need to have garment color options within them. Almost like double or nested variants. Is this possible?
Hey, Noah! Each integration has its own limitations, so feel free to reach out to our support team to find out if this would be doable for both Etsy and BigCartel stores! Our email is support@printful.com.
Can we handle product set in Printful? For example, if I want to sell couple tee in single Etsy listing, so when user orders them I want 2tees to be shipped to my user. Is this possible?
Hey! That might be possible, but it would have to bet set up on Etsy's end. You can check in with Etsy's support to find out how to set up product bundles. 😊
Hi, is there an option to put two different products with same design in one listing. How would I go about, to lets say, add two type of T-shirts weight. Lets say I want to sell same design on Lightweight (140gsm) and Heavyweight (220 gms) T shirt. In back-end, those are two different vendors for shirts and there for, two different products and SKUs. Or if I want to sell 3 piece canvas, which would also be 3 products on the backed, but one for the customer. My store platform would be Shopify. Thanks in advance .
Hey! That can be achieved when modifying variants on Printful's end after you've pushed the product to your Shopify store. I saw some tutorials about listing, and first i dont know it this would be the same and second I cant find the listing tab that appears on the webpage on the tutorials, probably because they were like 3 years old and the page updated. How can i do it then? Thanks in ahead!

Weird. When i select my 3 different sizes, and click on "change print file" like you did, it just replaces my design instead of actually adding a variant. If i click on "add Variant" and change the file there, then the mockups section ist just empty and white.
If you don't wish to use a store on Printful, but you want to change the design on a single t-shirt in a template, how do you do it? I need to change the design for the white t-shirt only out of the 7 t-shirts colors I have in my template.

God so many annoying steps, can't you just add a "make specific design for this colour" option in the editor like Printify coz that option would save everyone HOURS!!
This is literally the one reason I chose Printify over Printful. All of these steps are a mess and easy to forget and mess up. Prinful was certainly my first choice because their website is so organized, and their editor is so much more straightforward. But every design I sell is available for both black and white tees and this whole process is so unnecessary and disorganized.
don't print on black full stop... it falls off after two washes because they don't prepare the garments correctly like other suppliers. Stick to white and white garments only. or go all over print because it's great.

MAKE THINGS SIMPLE! We shouldn't have to complete several steps just to add a simple variation, As soon as we create a product, adding variations should be available in the design area. Printify does this, printful should too.

Hey, Sarah! If you've updated the mockups on Printful's end, the changes should reflect on Etsy too! If you're unsure if everything's been set up properly, you can always email our support team at support@printful.com. They'll gladly check that for you. 😊
Hi, what is the link to the tee you are wearing? Good quality.
Glad you like it! 😊
The t-shirt Michael's wearing is Men's Premium Heavyweight Tee | Cotton Heritage MC1086. Check it out here ➡️ www.printful.com/dashboard/custom/brands/cotton-heritage/mens-premium-heavyweight-tee-cotton-heritage-mc1086
I need more guidance for my Amazon store please ca I apply this to Amazon the same . I appreciate any help
Feel free to check out our Amazon integration tutorial here - th-cam.com/video/trJJ6VqDKoQ/w-d-xo.html
Hope it helps! 😊
As shown in the video, I added another color option in Shopify, but the sku is not synchronized in Shopify. Is there no problem with this?
Hey! SKUs will be added when the variants are synced. Try refreshing data! If that doesn't help, please send us an email at support@printful.com. 😊
Does this work for squarespace integration as well? Or is it just for Spotify and Etsy?
Unfortunately, it does not. Squarespace integration does not support variants pushed from Printful.
@@PrintfulCustomPrinting I hope this can be changed soon! it would be beneficial! for now I've changed the printfile for both light and dark material.
is there any way to upload a designs to multiple products at once? or do I have to create each product one by one...?
Hey! That's not possible at the moment, but it's something that the team is slowly exploring. 😎 Perhaps in the future! Right now, each product would have to be designed separately.
Thank you for your help. I have a listing with sizes S to 2XL and I would like to add 3X to 5X. How do I add the new sizes to a listing? Thanks.
Hey there i had a different issue that i am facing while selling custom print products on shopify. Could you help me out ? 😢
So the thing is that i have White & black tshirt .
Can I do the same with pillow?
What about if I want to add variants with different designs in the same colors and sizes for T-shirts? Do I have to do the same as the mugs?
Is there a way to offer a design on a t shirt and a hoodie on the same listing on my Wix site and not have to add it under 2 separate listings?
Hey! I can suggest creating a listing with one product, then on Wix side add the variants with the other product. After that, enable the "Import not synced products" option on our side and sync the rest of the product variants with the other product. 😉
really helpful, but you guys should have that link to be able to do all of that on the product templates page
Hi, thanks for the vidéo. How can i have mockup for the new design and new color ?
Is there a new version of this. Does not match the new user environment. I have been trying to get a shirt exactly as you have described in your video to sync and it does not work
Hey! Thanks for the feedback! Which part exactly didn't work?
Is this possible with Ecwid? I have 3 different Logo colors, and would like the customer to be able to choose any logo/shirt color combination.
It might be possible, but we'd suggest double-checking with our support team! They can be reached by sending a message to this email - support@printful.com.
Hi, can you send me or create a video guide/settings (best practices) for country Philippines? I'm using Etsy based here in the Philippines. Please. Thank you.
Hi, how about your swimwear products. I have patterns that normally come in a different color is there a way to work on syncing them to Shopify as variants.
Hey! We'd suggest checking in with our support team about this, but it's possible that it might not be possible when it comes to all-over print products. 🧐 The email is support@printful.com.
Wait, so if I want to print a poster that has like 20 sizes, I have to add 20 variants and adjust them all?? I'm confused because I thought I chose 3 variants for a recent poster, but when I went on etsy it showed like 20 sizes?
Hey! We'd suggest contacting our Customer Support team about this so they can assist you with this process. The email is support@printful.com. 😉
i keep trying and i cant, i cant clic surten options, my store is Wix, i want to have the same hoodie with different designs.
Hey! Please report this to our support team via e-mail support@printful.com or live chat and we'll be glad to look into this! 🙂
Thanks in advance
.
Hey! That can be achieved when modifying variants on Printful's end after you've pushed the product to your Shopify store. Alternatively, you can make those changes on Shopify and then sync the product variants on Printful. For more detailed info on how to achieve this, please send a message to support@printful.com! We'll explain. 😊
We tried this in Canvas and it didn't work, does it only work for tshirt? the variant that we want is:
Kilometer per hour version vs miles per hour version
Hello :)
It should work with any product type. Which ecommerce platform do you sell on? Also, which step are you getting stuck on?
Hello, I would like to have differents design but in the same variant (A cup in this case) so i dont need to have 3 differents cups in my store, and this doesnt work because I am using the same cup size for every design. I saw some tutorials about listing, and first i dont know it this would be the same and second I cant find the listing tab that appears on the webpage on the tutorials, probably because they were like 3 years old and the page updated. How can i do it then?
Thanks in ahead!
Hi! The process might vary depending on the integration that you're using. For detailed instructions on how to achieve this, please send a message to support@printful.com!
is there a way to have one product but the design color changes? For example, if I wanted to have a pink shirt, I wanted to let the customer have the option to have the design on the shirt be white or black. is this possible?
Hey! Yes, that may be possible, but it also depends on the integration that you're using. Please get in touch with our support team to learn more! The email is support@printful.com.
s there a way to create product bundles with a mix of products? Like a kids shirt and a adult shirt in one listing?
Hi, Dana! 😊 It might be possible to achieve this on your storefront's end, but it depends on the integration of your choice. It won't be possible to set up product bundles on Printful. For more info, please send a message to support@printful.com.
Weird. When i select my 3 different sizes, and click on "change print file" like you did, it just replaces my design instead of actually adding a variant.
If i click on "add Variant" and change the file there, then the mockups section ist just empty and white.
Sorry to hear that, sounds like an error. Reach out to support@printful.com and we'll figure it out together.
@@PrintfulCustomPrinting found a work around by starting on etsy, then adding variants later :)
How to publish your unpublish product? I can't see the option.
Hey! If you want to publish products that are in your Product Templates, simply open the templates and click ''Add to store''. 🙂
Hi when I press add variants it says it’s loading for so long and never finishes loading
Hi Lou-Ann, thank you for letting us know. Please get in touch with us through support@printful.com so we can help you resolve this issue
If you don't wish to use a store on Printful, but you want to change the design on a single t-shirt in a template, how do you do it? I need to change the design for the white t-shirt only out of the 7 t-shirts colors I have in my template.
Adding new variants is not working for existing products. I got in touch with you guys regarding this issue few days ago, and still no answer....
Hey, Ivan! We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with adding variants! It might take a few days for our Support team to get back to you if they're checking the issue further with our Dev team. Hopefully you'll hear back from them very soon!
@@PrintfulCustomPrinting not happy with Printful after all. Whenever I have a problem with a Product and contact Support, they always ask me to re-upload the Products and re-push to all my stores. The amount of time needed to do that is unbearable plus I need to spend more money on store publishing fees, etc
I like Printful when it works, but as soon as you have issues, you are stuck with something that can't be fixed or updated at all and for which you spent an incredible amount of time.
I will be switching to a more reliable drop shipper. It will save me both time and money, at least a different drop shipper should do a better job at making my business profitable which Printful is SO failing to do.
Can you have multiple designs for a shirt design that has multiple colors? (I have a white shirt with a certain design, and then a black shirt with 2 different variations of the design. Can these all be listed on one listing? Thank you!!
Hey, Lizzy! 😊 Yes, that can be achieved by modifying the product variants. You can always contact us at support@printful.com, so we can guide you through the process!
Mine wont let me add variants because “they are already in my store” how do i fix this? And is there a way to add new colors?
Hey! It might be related to the integration that you're using. Feel free to send us a message at support@printful.com, so we can check it out and help you! 😊
Why cant you add Different colored designs to an all over print product?
im not able to add variant if I have it connected to Squarespace??
Hey! If you're using Squarespace, it wouldn't be possible to add more product variants from Printful's end. For more info, please send a message to support@printful.com!
HELP! - I need to submit a single manual Embroidered Hat order - worth over $500 - all on the identical product, all with the same design, BUT in Three (3) Different Colors.
How can a mixed amount of 3 different colors of one product be placed as a single order?
I want to qualify for the free shipping & volume price break, and I'll need to have all three color variations & color amounts condensed into one order to accomplish this.
How do I proceed??? Getting No Support Or Answers via Email
Hey, Don! You can create a Product template and then create an order from it. When overviewing your oder, click on ''Add product''. Then head back to your Product templates and repeat the process. 😉
@@PrintfulCustomPrinting Hi - I ordered close to $800 in test orders, and used your advice & it worked. Thanks! Now, two months later, I'm totally stymied because PF will not upload Any Products to my Woo stores. Three weeks of tepid support & no resolution has me ready to shift all 5 stores over to Printify. Pretty bummed out...
Won't work for me: the Change Print File is Grayed out on my products
It may depend on the product. If this feature still doesn't work for other products as well, please reach out to our Customer Support team. They'll check what might be causing the issue and assist you with this. 🙂
good info. presentation a little quick. too much coffee ? lol
Uploading the design on Printful and setting it up is a difficult task, on the contrary, if you look at other shops, the design is uploaded quite easily, especially if I am talking about mobile, pay close attention to it. Be easy
God so many annoying steps, can't you just add a "make specific design for this colour" option in the editor like Printify coz that option would save everyone HOURS!!
This is the very reason I’m leaning toward Printify!
seriously
This is literally the one reason I chose Printify over Printful. All of these steps are a mess and easy to forget and mess up. Prinful was certainly my first choice because their website is so organized, and their editor is so much more straightforward. But every design I sell is available for both black and white tees and this whole process is so unnecessary and disorganized.
Or maybe as the leading POD out there, make it simpler to do than having to go through so much hassle??
Thanks for your feedback!
Very complicated. It should be easier and intuitive.
don't print on black full stop... it falls off after two washes because they don't prepare the garments correctly like other suppliers. Stick to white and white garments only. or go all over print because it's great.
Hey, Jordan! Our prints should last long if the print care instructions are followed carefully. If they have been followed and yet the print doesn't last, please let our customer support team know, so we can look into that! The email is support@printful.com.
I'm soooo confused... 😮
Good thing y'all didn't make this hard or confusing 😑
MAKE THINGS SIMPLE! We shouldn't have to complete several steps just to add a simple variation, As soon as we create a product, adding variations should be available in the design area. Printify does this, printful should too.
I guess I cant do this with Big Cartel
Hey there, you are able to create custom variants with any platform. At 5:20 we talk about how to do this manually, which works for any e-commerce platforms that don't have the automatic features, like Big Cartel. Let me know where you get stuck and I'll be happy to help!
This was the absolute stupidest way to add the variants ability. Please learn from your competitor printify. This is massively stupid
The variants/mockups are a total mess for this though. This video is a year old and its still awful. Feels like a half a solution that the devs haven't fully coded
It doesn't work... I'd like to sell sweatshirts with different designs, but I can't add variant on my wix site. Why ?!
There was a change since this video prevents Wix users from adjusting variants for products added through Printful. Alternatively, you could create the product within Wix and manually sync each variant. Hope this helps :)
THANK YOU!!!
