Hi Everyone, as you watch this, it’s worth remembering a few things:
    1) My body and mind were trashed in every way for 23 years. Chronic depression, obesity, terrible sleep, raising 3 kids, startup founder/CEO grind culture behavior. My turn around in 2 years time to near perfect whole body health markers (as measured by biofluids, devices, imaging and fitness tests) is phenomenal. It hopefully inspires others who are not currently their best self that you can always come back.
    2) I’ve spent $ millions developing this Blueprint protocol, becoming the most measured person in history, and share everything with everyone for free.
    3) I started Blueprint as an explorer to pursue the future of being human; not to build a mass market product. When Blueprint gained global notoriety, the most common reaction (aside from hate and vitriol) was “what is the 80/20?!” and “how can I do it with minimal thought and effort?!” In response to that, I’ve been working very hard to make an affordable 80/20 version so others can join the journey and be explorers with me. Then when I do the hate returns “he’s doing it for money only! That *^’*!”
    4. Blueprint may seem something about health, it is really about that after 13.8 billion years of our galaxy existing, our planet’s 4.5 billion years, we are baby steps away from creating superintelligence, potentially the most extraordinary event in the history of the galaxy. Blueprint and the underpinning philosophy of Zeroism invites us to sober up and realize the specialness of this moment and step up and be equal to the opportunity of this moment.

Now I am more focused on injury prevention, so I no longer train super heavy and I don't do any exercises that I see as too risky to be worth it (deadlifts, squats, etc...). I have sciatica and bad knees now due to foolishly training extremely heavy when I was younger. And when I grow younger I want to do more outdoors activities. Hey Bryan, thanks for sharing all of your routines and protocols.
I am on a very different health journey. I wore out both hips from excessive sports and had to quit my main sport of racquetball. Finally got both hips replaced (with some serious medical setbacks) and was unsure that I could make a comeback having taken 8 years off. I was religious about my physical therapy and decided to try again. I got on the court and my balance and timing were unsurprisingly way off. I was ready to give up but kept practicing. Finally, the pieces started to come together and last week (8 months back) I shut out (15-0) the #1 player in our club at age 68!
This is inspiring but not the real story. Right when I started my comeback, I was diagnosed with stage IV prostate cancer with a prognosis of 3-5 years. For many reasons I eschewed all medical treatment. Every day I am educating myself as to the latest life extension information as to exercise, diet, supplementation, fasting, saunas, cold therapy and so on. I will likely integrate a few things from your blueprint. 👍

I was really wanting to see the full workout so thank you so much and please dont stop sharing everything you do and your thoughts on everything. For example, id be curious to hear if tou rested any different brands for things like water picks and nightgaurds (most dentists seem to recommend just thr single layer guard on top but you use the full guard and i wonder why etc etc). Anyways, thanks again for sharing and motivating the rest of us! I have just come across your channel & I am astounded. I'm not sure exactly what it's all about but I will check out more of your videos. As an 81 year old physical culture exponent I seem to be able to do what you are aspiring to, all my physical markers indicate I am at a physically younger age. I am able to perform most things physically as well as when I was 40. This is not 18 but I am very happy to be able to maintain what I have. I will study your explanations but I think we differ somewhat in our anti-ageing format. I take no drugs or supplements, I work on a routine of purposeful physical exercise for one hour a week, approximately 8-10 mins a day.

Good video. I have a story to share. I was in my 30s when i started to feel like an old man. But then i figured it were basically 2 things that made me really weak and tired: 1st) I didn't sleep enough. There were nights where i slept only 3h went to bed at 3am, got up at 6:30 and such things, average nights 5.5h and maybe 6.5 hours tops! Once i started to force myself to sleep more, like 8 hours generally, i started to feel incredibly much better. And 2nd) I got rid of energy drinks, coke and everything with lots of caffeine in it. Those two points together already made me feel better. Then i also started to work out again which i had abandoned for many years and now i am almost 40 but I feel like in my early 20s again, not gonna lie. That feeling when you feel weightless and want to skip 2-4 steps on a staircase and this overall feeling that you have to move around, you know what i'm talking about. On a side note, more sleep and less caffeine also affected my brain function, i complained less i were less agressive and testy and became more productive. Not gonna lie, i'd say test it for yourselves go 2 weeks without caffeine at all + sleep more. Doesn't cost any money or time! BUT ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Let's face it ! Part of the truth is also that this will just make a major difference for you if you are not overweight or a heavy smoker or something! THEN you will first have to work on these of course since that kills 90% of your energy.
