The dating Sim game actually have two endings, with multiple playthroughs required in order to unlock the appropriate dialogue options needed to get the second ending. The first suggests your character stalks the girl, having developed an obsession with her, and wound up killing her. The other (which is the good ending) have you transferred from that school, saving the girl from yourself

You can get a game over in Sunshine Academy. You have to beat the game 3-5 times. After that, choose the creepiest responses there. She will respond with stuff like "I just kept dying over and over again, but after awhile I learned to enjoy it". And than she will report you, you get expelled, and she escapes death.
That's the good ending of that game. She is saved from you because you're the reason she died

All of the main monsters are based on diseases, I was hoping he would go over them. (Only one I know is the last monster us supposed to be Mad Cow Disease).

The Ghost Cow's death screen has a hidden meaning to it as well. The last line has no period at the end, and if you take the first letter of each word after "Your" it spells out "forget." The last line now reads: "Your tendencies allow me to make you forget."

I don’t think the veteran was “crazed”, if memory serves he was described as having ptsd, and the loud sounds spooky made made him think gunfire was going on and he was in danger.
Yeah, it even says so in the letter he was talking about when he called him crazed, which makes me kind of upset that even with the information right there he still calls the veteran 'crazed' as if he was some unhinged lunatic instead of a man who was suffering from trauma

I think the "demon girl" behind the black mirror is Spooky's actual soul trapped in there after her dad resurrected her
I’m not 100% sure. I mean Spooky really only ever wanted to scare people and that’s kind of just what she does, she never really expressed any other personality traits.

Honestly the demon girl broke my heart, ( 11:50 ), she seems like she has losen all hope about escaping, and already have given up, but when she sees us she encourages us, "You seem different from the others" shows how she seen so many demons, yet none that makes her feel safe with, but when she saw us, she instantly felt a glimpse of hope, "I've been here so long.. I've forgotten so much." "This place.. It needs to be shut down." She reminds you of your objective, and thinks the hospital is still up, making her think more people are suffering everyday, and that she forgot herself, her past, and everything, all she can remember is pain and suffering, "I know you can do it, just hurry. You're so close now." She shows us some comfort and encourages us to finish the game for the good ending, I don't know why, but she seems so kind, but that's just my theory, not sure if it's true or not(also sorry for my bad English, it isn't my first language)

Here's an overlooked detail from the Dollhouse DLC. When you are first dropped into the father's nightmare, look behind you. The character was just sitting in the same red chair from Karamari Hospital.

He left out the fact that if you play the mini game 3 times, you can act crazy/creepy and the girl reports you to the authorities. This lets the girl live and gives you a “love failed” screen. It’s also implied that you kill the girl because she only dies if you go to her house and some of the dialogue.

I always assumed the giant baby head in a metal cube frame at 7:49 was based on coin operated locker babies.
If you don’t know what that term refers to, there’s a phenomenon in China and Japan of women locking away unwanted infants into coin operated lockers at subways and train stations. This (thankfully) rarely happens nowadays, but it was a really big issue back years before and there have been actions and regulations applied to try to combat it, such as more frequent checkups on the lockers, putting lockers in more public areas, and even increasing education about contraceptives in schools. There are instances when the babies are found still alive within the lockers, at which they do rush them to the hospital to try to save them. Since this does take place in a hospital setting and considering it’s design, I found this to be the most reasonable answer for the inspiration behind this particular monster.

Ghost story time! I have taken dead people to a morgue at a hospital where I worked as a nurse, which was not creepy so much as it was sad for their families and is part of the job. The creepiest thing I ever experienced, though, was going into a code blue when my heart short-circuited from septic shock after being put to sleep in the emergency room to repair a urinary tract obstruction that resulted in kidney failure while my bed was beside an elderly man who appeared to be actively dying, in his final hours of life.
When I awoke, the first thing I noticed was an open crash cart beside me and second that a heart emergency team was there while the elderly man appeared to have gotten well. I can remember saying, "oh, my lord! the crash cart was for me!" and the cardiologist getting a bit of a giggle as such events rarely happen to 29 year old men. I am grateful to have gotten help and use of humor for pain // anxiety management are parts of how I have enjoyed working in emergency medicine.

I think the mirror demon girl, considering its in the room with the note detailing how spooky died, is the good half of spooky left behind. Afterall this is where she originally died apparently and possibly brought back, that is the less plausible part of this theory.
Also listen to it closer, it has a similar dialect/speech pattern to spooky. Voice is kinda similar too.

One thing I just noticed at 11:18 is that the first letter of the second word of each line of the Demon Cow's kill quote spells out "FORGET", which would actually fit with your theory about the Demon Cow having something to do with the hospital staff's sinister behaviour and memory loss.

There's so much talk about worms, inside their head, making them do things, making them black out. I assumed that monster 4 was infected with these worms, these parasites. They made him eat people and do terrible things, he tried to escape this fate by killing himself and it did not work.

theory: the hospital is actually a mental asylum of sorts, judging from the girl in the mirror, a mental hospital from back in the day when mental health was viewed in a bad way and people who were mentally ill were treated like they were insane, judging from the note from Spooky's father it could be a point when mental health was treated a bit better and was looked into more.

Actually according to the devs in an old chat log, you're an amateur historian who went to investigate the mysterious mansion, only to encounter Spooky. We also know that the historian suffers from a past trauma or a mental health issue.
