Oh wow!
That brake issue is still there in 2022? I have a 2016 version and thought it was a defect. Really sad they didn't even try to fix this in 6+ years!
Plus, the jerkiness in gear shifting too, sometimes just having a passegner helped or like you said, driving around for a few blocks also helps

The day will come when MB and other manufacturers start to incorporate character into each model in their lineup. The matryoshka syndrome is slowly spreading about 🪆🪆
Anyway, great review Jimmy. At the price point that the C-class is at, there should be more standard features…and I’m itching to see how long those screens will last 👀

The front plate position is a no go for me . If they couldn’t move it to the centre I wouldn’t buy the car .

Screens just look tacked on and cheap. Little done to integrate. Just reeks of cost-cutting. I miss the Mercedes of the 80's, 90's.

The screen in the W206 is much more integrated than previous, the old one was a screen that was tacked on. But yea I hear ya, a good M-B from the 80s-90s certainly hits the spot but there's no way to put a screen into one of those without looking very out of place.

How can you call this "better"? It literally looks like a base level A class with a full plastic interior & a plastic steering wheel touch controls. It's a DOWNGRADE compared to the W205... Awful model!

Pressing around the plastic pieces within the cabin the newer W206 feels more solid. There are less creaks in general. Sure it's not everyone's cup of tea but it feels better built than before.
