Mentalist is definitly on top of my all time favourite TV series. Very thankfull to everyone involved in that project that they made it happen for people all over the world to enjoy. Just saw an episode of Mentalist...made me cry...my fiance was killed, Simon Baker looks like my Timothy...I m Native, brown, short...he loved me, most importantly he met my dad and grandpa...Simon Baker reminds me of a love that slapped in the face...Timothy made me look and love him....got lost...sorry but thanks...
Yes, The Mentalist was one of the best written & acted shows - certainly the best of the procedurals. Uniquely so. They brilliantly handled transition in Season 6 & 7, to a more mature depiction of the challenges Lisbon and Jane faced as a couple while keeping great tension in the crime and investigation aspects. Writers and actors avoided Hollywood-esque superficial couple issues, and showed true relationship issues. Even the wedding was more grounded. Too bad they didn't continue and explore how they would have handled the next phase. Opportunity for a short streaming season?
I am addicted to the Mentalist and the Guardian. Simon Baker is an incredibly talented actor with so many facets to his personality. He is my favorite actor! Please give us another season of the Mentalist!

It amazes me how young he still is - both in looks and attitude; so openminded and curious. The Mentalist really was a brilliant show. Patrick Jane will forever be one of my all-time favorite fictional characters. The whole cast was amazing, but Simon Baker really stood out to me. He brought so much warmth to that highly complex character.
Loved The Mentalist Series👍🏼 , after that I saw The Guardian , not so good and the end season 3, was very disappointing, you were left waiting for a much better end from the writers.
I must say the Mentalist is by far one of the best shows out there, I do hope they could come back and do more.
