Great work Dan! Muslims need to know that the Quran has faced many revisions.
A fun way to learn about the changes in the Quran is with Terry Kelhawk's book "THE TOPKAPI SECRET." It is an adventure novel that chases across the world while revealing the changes - and then documents the changes in a reference section. Love it!

9:00 Then Jay a "non prophet, non Meccan, non Muslim guy" wrote the Quran? "Muhammad" has not existed there is no need to replace him by anyone. Arabs *believed* he has. It's a belief, nothing else.

Yes, there is only one God and he is The God of Abraham in the Bible. Written 2,000 years *before the Quran,* in Genesis 16 & 17, Abraham had two sons: Ishmael and Isaac. God made an everlasting covenant promise with Isaac & his descendants for the land of Canaan (Israel). Although God said he would also bless Ishmael by his offspring producing 12-kings (Gen 17:20) but Ishmael was not promised the land. This solves the problem of the fighting over there between Muslims & Jews over the land of Israel & the Temple Mount. It belongs to the Jews through Isaac.
Genesis 16:12 says Ishmael will be a wild man & his hand will be against every man. He mocked his half brother, Isaac, causing problems. So Abraham cast Ishmael & his mother, Hagar out. (Genesis 21:10)
The false god of Islam is a pagan moon god started by Ishmael in the Arab nations. This is why the crescent moon is on the Islamic flag. It’s why their religious observance of Ramadan begins & ends with the crescent moon. It’s from their early origins of moon worship through Ishmael because he rebelled against the God of his father Abraham.
For the God of Abraham so loved the world, he sent his only begotten son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins (John 3:16) because the wages of sin is death. This gift is free to anyone that believes in Christ. Read John 14 in the Bible: believe in Christ, repent & you will be saved from Hell.
The Quran is very clear that their god, Allah, had no son. So he certainly did not die for you. He requires the opposite: *you die for him.* You can read it in chapter 17 verse 111, chapter 23 verse 91 and chapter 112 verses 3 & 4.
Christianity & Islam are NOT the same God. There is only one creator and one mediator, Jesus Christ. 1 Timothy 2:5. God Bless✝️ #KnowTheTruth
Jesus: I am the way, the truth & the life.

What I find most hilarious is their cry baby attitude. They demote my Savior to nothing more than a prophet, say my books are corrupted but only where it disagrees with their fake god and prophet. I could go on but suffice it to say to them; tough nuts. If you don't like it then observe surah 6:108, stop insulting my God and Savior.
Better yet, renounce your fake god and accept Jesus as your Savior and repent.

The very same cave (Hira Cave) through which Mohammed received revelation is the opening of the bottomless pit(hell). Allah himself is in the hellfire for ever. Hira Cave, Bermuda Triangle and Dragon Triangle are around the globe within 20-25 deg. N parallel (latitude) and the center points are equally distanced too. If there is anyone who seek truth in Islam, let them research the Hira Cave. They should remove the stones piled over the cave opening. It will reveal what is the cave. It will reveal who is the spirit spoke to Mohammed. Mohammed was in fact fooled by Allah's angel called Azazel who is imprisoned in the same pit together with him. You are all praying looking towards Mecca and your final destiny is together with him (Allah) in the hellfire.
Think about yourself how you will face the true ALMIGHTY GOD, THE CREATOR in the day of judgement.

The best thing Muslim scholars is to re stablish their history and identity thru new found evidence from archeologist, and to those persons who studied deeply the history step by step, thru time element, the environment, the people,, etc that specifically pinpoint to the originality ,,, not just because the person or persons were such a very exraordinary special person at that time,, may be it's better to depend to our time which have a more advanced and sophisticated technology,,,,

According to Google Maps, the distance between Mecca and Medina is about 285 miles (450 km). The distance between Mecca and Petra is approx. 790 miles (1270 km). According to the "standard narrative", there was a lot of travel and communication in the first years after the Hijra, although the distance between the cities was quite long. The distance between Mecca and Petra is almost three times longer. If Mecca is the "wrong" place, might Medina also be the "wrong" place?

I am trying hard to focus mostly on the evidence in hand for the last few episodes... but unlike listening to Al Fadi's words or just about anything from Dan Gibson's: It has per each video of especially this series: become increasingly hard to focus away from the "ecstatic" nature of Dr. Jay onto how he is taking so much of the findings as personal agenda.
I had so enjoyed following up on your "Qibla Dilemma" series but the late Dr. Jay of the "Daniel Gibson's Latest Discoveries" series has literally turned into watching another format of Dr. King he himself seems to not enjoy much... And curiosity wrapped around my respect to Mr. Dan's findings was recently the only thing that has gotten me this so far whilst watching the transformation of Dr. Jay into what he is now.
Possibly it is my personal view only and there must be no one else disturbed enough by this. But I sincerely hope in the further videos he has chosen to be a lot less hot headed than he has developed to be presenting through his built up confidence through Mr. Gibson's findings (Especially since he has an important amount of knowledge on the area).
None the less (Since I am here only for Mr. Gibson only and the calm/civil pace you have had chosen to always present) I doubt I shall continue watching your series any further to get frustrated by hearing throughout at least half (Mostly two thirds) of your videos of him repeating the same things with an ever growing childish and oddly patronizing joy. I guess there is something the doctorate does to people that study in this area and unless it becomes a personal mission and them a missionary: most fail to continue... rendering themselves taking much of heir findings rather personal.
I wish you all the best of luck and hope that you will always present the quality content that has had me go through tens of your videos in a single day. Please do not take this comment as an insult but rather a criticism of your respectable (I am not being sarcastic) guest
    May piece be with you...

So what you are saying is you want to discount what he says because he had enthusiasm saying it? If you use that as a standard you need to leave Islam because they also seem enthusiastic about what they say. I think the facts are well laid out and seem extremely sensible to me. What do you mean by hothead? I haven’t seen him display anything past what I see Muslims express in their emotional videos on the internet. The direction of the Mosque’s orientation can be checked by anyone doing a little work on it. At one point the point to Petra and later to Mecca. They have presented very compelling evidence that Mecca is not an ancient city and no records. anywhere exist of it before the seventh century. Also the variations in the Quran are now well documented. In as late as 1924 Egypt destroyed Qurans from schools because they did not match the ones in the parents how. The sunk all these corrupted Qurans in the Nile River to destroy them. This is absolute proof that the Quran can and has been altered. There would have been no need to destroy Qurans that were exactly the same. Many versions of the Quran are in used today and it isn’t just because of dialects. I realize Muslims find this very disturbing. They have been taught sometimes else all their lives. But even a top Muslim scholar has admitted that “there are holes in the narrative “ about preservation. Have you spent time listening to Dr Dan Brubaker’s videos? If the emotionalism of Dr Smith turns you off you won’t find that on Brubaker’s channel. You will find a calm well done scholarly approach to the variations found in early Qurans that are supposedly unable to vary.

What lots of people (even pastors) don't (yet) understand.
For the fall of man a perfect atoning sacrifice had to be made.... that is what God did in Christ.
He paid the debt for the fall of man for us to be indwelled by His Spirit again and finally receive the divine life of the ages back, the first Adam let got of in the fall of man.
That is what you see happening in Christ's first disciples. They too healed all.
And yes.... that is still avaible today. The holy blood is in place, the Holy Spirit is here to give us understanding and transform us back to origin.
Not to be debated about, but to be embraced and be-come.
So: The Kingdom of God already came. Through Christ, in Spiritform, in those that understand.
Hence the divine healing miracles we experience.
God manifested in Christ to give us back the divine life mankind lost in the fall of Adam.
Christ, the exact image of the invisible God.
The image we were created after in Gen 1.
The image we lost in the fall of man.
The image that can be freely restored by Christ's blood and Holy Spirit working IN us.
What a plan. What a solution. What a love. What a God. Jesus is amazing.
It is the ultimate conclusion of the word and plan of God. God came full circle.
He Himself stooped down from glory to restore us back to original created value: Christlikeness. Walking in divine healing power and unselfish love.
Jesus, born of the Spirit of God, filled with the spirit of God. The "Son" of God, the incarnated word, God in the flesh.
For three years He healed all, raised the dead, casted out demons, controlled nature, spoke pure divine truth.
    He said:
"Follow Me. If you see Me, you see the Father. The Father and I are one. The glory I have IN My Father, I give to you. It pleases the Father to give you His Kingdom/Holy Spirit/divine nature. I will send Holy Spirit, the same as Me, He will be IN you, guide you into truth and give you explosive power. The same miracles i do, you will do too, because you will understand that the Father is IN Me and I am IN you. Freely I give you My Kingdom/Holy Spirit/divine nature, heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons, freely I give, freely share" Etc, etc, etc.
I have experienced thousands of beautifull healing miracles through the power of Holy Spirit IN me already. Broken bones, cancers, covid, all kinds of infirmities healed in seconds. Demons manifesting and casted out by a simple "get out, in Jesus name".
Jesus. De name above all names. In Him all power and wisdom is sourced and.... He calls us one with Him. God in man and man in God again. C'mon Jesus!!
So.... again: God stooped down IN Christ to restore us back to Gen 1:27 were He said: "Let us make man according to our image and likeness and let them have authority.....": walk as Christ.
Christ, the exact image of the invisible God. The image we were created after and being restored to by His atoning blood for the fall of man and indwelling Holy Spirit.
You are free to receive this original divine life of the ages by Holy Spirit of Christ/God. Ask Him to guide you into truth. Read the Gospel of John and fall in love with your creator.
You are not made for the fall of man and its effects, but for the image/glory of God and to walk like Christ. Holy Spirit is the guide and transforming power that will get you there. Amazing grace.
A big leap in faith can be made when we start realizing we are already IN Christ, IN the last Adam.
Free from the fall! Loved! Growing into awareness of our new (yet old) godly identity. Changing by Holy Spirit. The most fullfilled life ever.
Paul healed all on Malta. He understood and wrote:
"As in the first Adam ALL died (lost the divine nature), so also ALL were made alive IN Christ to walk in Zoë (= divine life) again".
"IN Christ (the last Adam) we are co-cruisified (dead to the fall and its effects), co-raised (justified/made righteousness, holy, blameless, above reproach), co-seated (one with Him)"
"The fullness of deity dwells in Christ and YOU HAVE BEEN MADE COMPLETE IN HIM, who is the head of every principality and power".
So.... thank you Jesus! Thank you for redeeming me from the fall of man. Thank you for your Holy Spirit that makes this new (yet old) divine life come alive in me. You are amazing!
In the shadow of Peter the sick healed... He understood too and wrote:
"By Gods power (Holy Spirit) and knowing Christ, we have become partakers of the divine nature and have escaped the fall of man".
The divine life of the ages has been returned to us by Jesus once and for all perfect atoning sacrifice for the debt of the fall of man and His indwelling Holy Spirit in us. Jesus/God is amazing!!!
Ask Him to give you revelation and change you to the way it was before the fall of man: Christlikeness.
He will do so. For it is written: "the Spirit brings forth after His own kind".
"I have come to give you Zoë (divine life) in abundance...."

It might have originally been in a temple in Petra. Gibson believes he has evidence that the early qiblas all pointed to Petra, i.e. that was the original holy city of Islam, and where Mohammed, which means 'praised one' lived, although his life story may have been significantly enhanced by Abd-El-Malik to give a fine back narrative to his new Arab empire. So there are narratives, not sure whether they are from Sahih Muslim or Sahih Bukhara or other texts, that suggest a rebel governor took the stone south into the Hijaz (Mecca region). So after the destruction of Petra during civil wars, and a massive earthquake in 713 (so Gibson says, have not checked), and also the replacement of the Damascus-based regime with a Baghdad-based one, Mecca was cast as Mohammed's home town, so the theory which has quite a lot of evidence, claims. So the stone would have been moved to Mecca ultimately. It was kissed as Petra was a place of many religions with some very pagan practices, which perhaps the original Mohammed incorporated in his religious system, despite it's later monotheistic character. That's what is being argued I think.

    • @collybever
      @collybever 4 ปีที่แล้ว

The classical narrative says Mohammed was based in Mecca, and that after he died there were 4 righeous caliphs, all key companions of Mohammed. Then the Umayyads took over. That's from a biography of Mohammed and the hadith traditions compiled by Bukhari and a few others. But those were written in Abbasid times, over 2 centuries on from the death of Mohammed, according to their reckoning. There's no evidence of the 4 Rashidun Caliphs in the 7C, and the Umayyads appear only to start focussing on Mohammed at the end of the 7C. Before that they were even producing coins in Byzantine and Sassanid styles with crosses and fire altars. So some engineering of Mohammed's life story to give them a good backstory as rightful rulers, with a new prophet to replace the previous ones, seems to have happened.

You can't change the location of the well, so how are you trying to change the location of the Kaaba? I don't understand what you're trying to prove. Are you you saying there was no Prophet who did not come to explain to us that we have a creator and our life actually has a meaning, if so then just know that Muhammed pbuh did not hide anything and he gave to us the Quran, it was an obsession of early Muslims Pbut to find mediums in order to preserve the Quran, this obsession led the Muslims to learn how to make paper from China who guarded this secret carefully. This was then passed to Western Europe. The Quran is the Preserved tablet, its in the hearts of the Muslims and you will never change it, you only mislead people away from the truth. For the gate to Heaven is Narrow and the Gate to Hell is Wide. I do not condemn any human being for their beliefs - they may believe what they want. Very few human beings can get out of the box and see beyond their all enveloping religions and blind beliefs. Believing blindly will lead to the Lake of Fire. We are all free agents on this earth - not Slaves. The evil one "fashions himself into an angel of light". He is "A liar", and "the father of lies. He is "A murdere". That he is "the god of this world. He is "the deceiver of the whole world. He would love all to be HIS SLAVES. This being who was one the greatest Angel of Light appears to be like the Supreme Being but is not. Beware ! He always gives you clues of his identity as he tries to mislead human beings "...But they (the Jews) were deceptive, and Allah was deceptive, for Allah is the best of deceivers (Wamakaroo wamakara Allahu waAllahu khayru al-makireena)! S. 3:54; cf. 8:30
Other texts that identify Allah as a makr include:
Are they then secure from Allah's deception (makra Allahi)? None deemeth himself secure from Allah's deception (makra Allahi) save folk that perish. S. 7:99
So they schemed a scheme: and We schemed a scheme (Wamakaroo makran wamakarna makran), while they perceived not. S. 27:50
The word for deception/deceiver/scheme is makr. The lexical sources define the term as:
Miim-Kaf-Ra = To practice deceit or guile or circumvention, practice evasion or elusion, to plot, to exercise art or craft or cunning, act with policy, practice stratagem.
Lest Muslims accuse these lexicons of bias or distortion notice what Muslim scholar Dr. Mahmoud M. Ayoub says when he asks,
"how the word makr (scheming or plotting), which implies deceitfulness or dishonesty, could be attributed to God." (The Quran and Its Interpreters - The House of Imran [State University of New York Press [SUNY], Albany 1992], Volume II, p. 165; italic emphasis ours)
After listing several Muslim sources he quotes a renowned Muslim expositor named ar-Razi who wrote that,
"scheming (makr) is actually an act of deception aiming at causing evil. It is not possible to attribute deception to God. Thus the word is one of the muttashabihat [multivalent words of the Quran]." (Ibid., p. 166; italic emphasis ours)
Unfortunately for ar-Razi, the Quran attributes deception to Allah since it identifies him as the best makr there is.
Ayoub also sources one Muslim who actually boasted of Allah being the best conniver/deceiver/schemer etc.,
"Qurtubi observes that some scholars have considered the words ‘best of schemers’ to be one of God’s beautiful names. Thus one would pray, ‘O Best of Schemers, scheme for me!’ Qurtubi also reports that the Prophet used to pray, ‘O God, scheme for me, and do not scheme against me!’ (Qurtubi, IV, pp. 98-99; cf. Zamakhshari, I, p. 366)." (Ibid., p. 166)
And here, also, is how one of the earliest sources on the life of Muhammad interpreted Q. 8:30:
Then he reminds the apostle of His favour towards him when the people plotted against him 'to kill him, or to wound him, or to drive him out; and they plotted and God plotted, and is the best of plotters.' i.e. I DECEIVED them with My firm GUILE so that I delivered you from them. (The Life of Muhammad: A Translation of Ibn Ishaq's Sirat Rasul Allah, with introduction and notes by Alfred Guillaume [Oxford University Press, Karachi, Tenth impression 1995], p. 323; capital emphasis ours)
Thus, the Quran unashamedly calls Muhammad’s god the best liar and deceiver of them all! It even dares to say that ALL deception belongs completely to Allah:
The Job of Allah is to deceive HUMAN beings and lead them to the lake of fire with the promise of Paradise. In time all human kind will succumb to this DECEIVER which is the great experiment when the Lord God (not Allah) put Man on Eden and cast him to Earth ... to test HIS FREE WILL. Only a VERY FEW will go to the Eternal ONE God. Amen. So do not be deceived that you are on the right path. Quantity does not mean Quality. God is LIGHT. If there is anything dark in any faith - that faith is not from THE MOST PERFECT BEING.
