      We trained together and boosted each other when we had weaker days/weeks.
      It all started in our minds. We made trainings and activity and our diet as pleasurable and revarding as possible

    I have to say in the last two months I have lost nearly 10kg and I ALWAYS start with this video to warm up ! I don't think people understand how much it helps that someone my size is doing this while understanding our body limitations...God bless you lady❤

    I don't know why it never occurred to me to search up plus size workouts. I guess because there's some form of shame associated with being bigger in general but I appreciate anyone who decides to move their body at any stage in their life.
    I gained 100lbs after having my daughter due to a number of circumstances and my body just hasn't felt like my own. But workouts like this where I can see a bigger person like myself doing the hard stuff really does make me feel like I'm not the only one who's trying their best in life right now.
    So, thank you so much. My body feels better already. I appreciate that you go straight into the workout. I'll be adding this to my everyday morning routine ❤

    This is great for somebody just starting out on a weight loss journey. What they don't tell you is just starting out you cannot do the same exercises that physically fit people can, you'll seriously injure yourself.

      @@Lamorchi-tv i have also been in a calorie deficit and eaten cleaner :). i think the work out has helped shaped my curves lovely and i feel stronger after each session. sometimes ill do it twice a day

    I loved how the stretching was included and it actually felt friendly. I always see the beginners friendly ones and don’t feel with pelvic bone issues and rib disfunction that it’s accommodating as I’m also learning I may have POTS. It was the perfect pace I came in thinking because I’m 5”11 and plus size it may not be at my pace but girl had me fighting to get to the next pose in the time lol. This had me sweating in ways I haven’t for while where I felt I was at similar pace. This gave me more motivation to stick this. I’ve been trying to find different ways that’s time efficient and motivated to be moving and this really helped. I try weight lifting but it’s hard with finding what’s the right posture and how many that it gets exhausting I have 500 different videos of what to do what not todo and screenshots of workouts that it feels toxic and think I’d rather do this I’m so greatful to find a creator I enjoy thank you so much you are adored! I was having a full conversation with you the whole time while doing the workout lol😂 Also I loved that you show the next move ahead of time and allowed me to get prepared. Then going back to the similar move once we got one side done! Over all I just love the time and it allowed me to feel I could manage brakes and not feel overstimulated with noise your not talking or talking over music and music is calming I needed this!

    I started pilates for the first time a little over 2 months ago. This was 1 of the first videos I stumbled upon in my journey. What inspired me to follow this video was seeing a plus size woman like me doing these amazing moves. Also, the moves were smooth and easy to follow along with. Some BEGINNER pilates videos almost seem as if they're made for Olympic athletes! 😅 This was not the case with this video. The moves were fun and doable, the music was soothing, and I still got an amazing BURN! I must also add that the short intervals, breaks, and seeing what's next, make a WORLD of difference in a workout !!!!! I remember not even be able to get through this video the first 2 times I watched it!! Now I can get through the whole video twice! And still keep going. All while getting a great burn and boosting my heart rate ❤ I can't thank you enough for your great tutorial and look forward to many more!

    I’ve always been big but I used to be so fit! Trying to exercise again for the first time in years meant I was so out of shape my old warm ups were impossible.     I love this so much! Great pace for a beginner! Thank you. My only suggestion is to put what move is coming up at the start of each rest break so we can get into position quicker without pausing 😊 but overall a great video. Love seeing these videos with someone the same body type as me.

    I definitely will. Keep it up girl! I'm 330 lbs right heaviest I've ever been. I also have rheumatoid arthritis knee injuries so I've been living a very seditary life. I'm also getting older 46 so the lbs seem to really be sticking. I'm feeling really desperate. With all this pain and I can't breath from just regular everyday chores it's discouraging. I was so happy to find your videos and your guidance and example. Thank you for everything you do ❤

    This is no joke. Sweat pouring. I underestimated this video. Also if you have bad knees or it hurts putting your body weight on them use a pillow. My only feedback is a sound to let you know of position change. Other than that great workout.

    I loved it! Very easy to follow so thank you! Just one small tip: I personally find it easier to follow if there is a sound like idk three times? So I know that there soon is a change of the position. Makes it easier to follow foe me personally maybe that is something you like to consider :)

    Great workout! The only thing I didn't like was that the timer didn't have a sound to alert you when time was up. It's hard to tell when doing the moves on the ground and it's awkward to look up.

    Thank you ! i'm going to have bariatric surgery and i'm starting to go to the gym but my arms were super sore from my last workout and i still wanted to do something at least for the habit of doing it! it was superb and i even got a raised heartbeat ! as a warm up or an exercize for off days it is really wonderful ! + the fact that we have the same thighs made it super relatable :) thanks !

    Oh wow, finally I have found a workout video, that I can actually enjoy & follow, I was so fed up with all of those size 2 to size 4 women doing workouts, I am glad that I found your video. It's something that I can relate to, yup I'm overweight, I have been very lazy & naughty, I have finally made up my mind to try this, you have encouraged me to try each one of these workouts here. But I see that this was about a year ago, so how are you doing now, can you do a more recent video & let your viewers see show it has changed your life. The music is awesome as well, it's the type that I usually don't listen to, but with your working out, it seems to be relaxing & really seems to work for this type of thing. thanks. Again, I do hope to see how you are doing these days.
