Children are such naturals with dogs. They get being calm and assertive faster than many adults.
Agree it’s good for children to grow up with dogs, it also teaches them to take care of animals.

@@chriscrashbash3344 yeah but the adults need to be able to teach the kids what a dog is and how to treat it. It's not obvious for them. When I was a child I had pets but my parents didn't teach them and I treated them like human babies/toys

@@vincef7487 Spanish is his heart language. The language you learn as a baby when your mother tells you she loves you. Hearing "I love you" in your native tongue will always mean more then in another language, even if you are a fluent speaker. I think that's what the original poster is referring to :)

Cesar’s way of walking dogs really works! My dog rarely pulls on the leash when I walk him now.
It actually my favorite... Because you don't need a lot of tools.. Just you, the dog, the leash and understanding of energy

Yeah It really works! My dogs are 2 and 3 years old and I finally walked them together with no pulling after watching this and his other videos!
Cesar would have made an excellent therapist. He's very observant and a good listener.
I’ve always said that bringing up dogs with your children is brilliant and especially showing your dog that you are the alpha and your dog,so patience and calmness like Cesar said are so important to have as tool in your life.
I get what you're saying and i agree, but i think the word alpha is not a good way of saying it, leader is a better word. Many people think being the "alpha" means they get way too strict and too aggressive. The word alpha has a bad connotation to it in my opinion. Just my two cents. :)
Alpha means leader, first, etc. We should stop being afraid of words and connotations and start having a positive relationship with Alpha. The euphemism police is silly and childish. Leading and following is the most natural thing in the world of mammals. Our stupid abuse and ignorance as humans doesn't change reality

Glad to see a follow up to original Whiskey visit. I love how you educate kids to interact respectivefully in a leadership role with their dogs. That is a lesson that they will take with them throughout their lives. And Whiskey is such a gorgeous sweetheart.

Cesar gave me my reset when I came to realize I needed to have a plan or my out of control puppy. I am too implementing his psychology and using his tools and WOW….👍. I recognize his excitement with behaviors as he’s struggling and ask myself how can I help him through this using all my tools and psychology learned from knowledge acquired through his formats. I understand he’s a dog not a human, and he learns differently. Thank you Cesar! You’ve given me and my family such joy! ❤️❤️❤️

Be calm, whine sometimes with you dog. Don’t get mad, get mad but like sad mad kind. I don’t know I own Australian shepherd but still. It works for me with my dog. You’re lucky you got German shepherd. It only loves you and won’t let other people come near you or others. Overprotective angels, they think they must protect us from even a single blade of grass. My boy is shepherd too but not as possessive as German shepherd. Don’t give up on it 💕💕. Good luck & best wishes 💕

Finally a long one from Ceaser 🙏
The difference this made was absolutely incredible!! THANK YOU!! I have a scent hound puppy and obviously whatever she smells is way more interesting than me. She also used to jump on me and nibble my arms and shoes from what seemed liked out of the blue. I'm a little timid and tense by nature but the moment I changed that the difference was night and day!! And I make sure to give her plenty of sniff breaks so she can exercise her nose. We still have our moments here and there but this has made me feel so much better about taking her on walks!! Thanks again, I'm going to keep watching videos and if anyone else has helpful tips it would be GREATLY appreciated!

Cesar's way ist the only way how people AND dogs become happy!! I see this often, when I do dogsitting and the owner tell me, that after receiving the dog from me, he is more well-behaved! We have 2 children (16 and 12), who also know Cesar's rules and the older one often goes with a dog outside for a walk, which is not easy with other male dogs, but she controls him very good with the Cesar-leash! 👌 She is very proud of that! Thank you so much, Cesar that you helped us very often with your videos!! 🧡👌🐕🐩🐶

What a beautiful sweet family. as a dog walker and dog owner I wish more kids could be taught how to be calm & respectful around dogs especially ones they don't know. Often children are haphazard and chaotic with their own dog because nobody teaches them otherwise, then they come to the park and expect to act out of control with strange dogs. Always worries me.

i remember the first time i saw your show i just have got an american staffordshire male as my first dog. and i didnt know what to expect. now he is 16 years old and i have had an Old English Bulldog male too for the last 7 years. your shows changed everything back then and still are. keep doing it. there is no bad dogs, just bad owners. keep educate people. ONE LOVE.
