Repar blestematele CLAPETE SWIRL la vechiul Volvo S60(S80, V70, XC70, XC90) D5 Euro 4 | S02E10

Prima mare sperietură cu Volvo-ul meu. Mergeam la bunica și când depășeam o mașină, apare eroarea "Engine System Service Required" și mașina nu trecea de 120 km/h, oricât de tare apăsam pe accelerație. Am ajuns până la urmă la destinație dar mergând ca un bătrânel.
Atunci am aflat de cea mai întâlnită problemă la motoarele Volvo D5 Euro 4 de pe platforma P2 (S60, V70, XC70, XC90), clapetele swirl. Garniturile cedează și gazele care scapă, topesc bila din plastic de care este prinsă tija care le controlează. Data aceea am reușit doar să pun tija la loc și a ținut cam un an de zile, apoi tot mai des cădea.
Am zis să fac o reparație românească, cu sârmă, ca la vechea Dacie, să leg bila de pe clapete cu tija care le controlează, să nu mai cadă, până schimb clapetele cu totul.
Să vedem acum dacă rezistă până la vară, când îmi fac curaj să desfac injectoarele și să schimb clapetele.

First big scare with my Volvo. I was going to my grandmother's and when I overtook a car, the "Engine System Service Required" error appeared and the car would not go over 120 km/h, no matter how hard I pressed the accelerator. I finally reached my destination but crawling like an old man.
That's when I found out about the most common problem with Volvo D5 Euro 4 engines on the P2 platform (S60, V70, XC70, XC90), the swirl flaps. The seals fail and the escaping gases melt the plastic ball that the rod that controls them is attached to. That time I was only able to put the rod back on and it held for about a year, then it kept falling off.
I said to do a Romanian repair, with a wire, like in the old Dacia, to connect the ball on the swirl flaps with the rod that controls them, so that it doesn't fall out, until I change the swirl flaps completely.
Now let's see if it lasts until the summer when I work up the courage to remove the injectors and change the swirl flaps.

Si pero la problem es -
Esta roto tambien dentro- he hecho visita al Volvo service y me han dicho 1,800!!! 😢 no es solo la parte plastics es todo dentro hay que cambiar todo…

Las aletas de remolino cuestan 200 € máximo, también necesitas una junta de tapa de balancín y 5 juntas de inyector de cobre. Hay toneladas de tutoriales sobre cómo cambiarlas, o cualquier buen servicio puede hacerlo. No debería costarte más de 300 € en piezas y 300 € en mano de obra.

Unele componente sun puse cu un scop. Imperfectiunile pot fi rezolvate si altfel decat prin anulare
