Correction: milk -> water. Hello. Friend. We are very sorry for our mistake. 😫 The information in the video is correct, and the ingredient in the description is our mistake. Thank you for pointing it out. 😘😍 (The place where we shot that video was South India, and the place where we uploaded the video was West Bengal after moving 2500KM on a road trip. I think this time gap is the main reason why we made a mistake. One chef went to Korea as well.)
Beautiful. When I visited Korea many years ago I loved starting my morning with some of these on the street. I just got a set of specially shaped bakeware for preparing this recipe. Thank you! Gamsa hamnida!
It certainly recalls my poor memory of eating the egg bread deliciously in the street on the way home after school.😋 At that time there was no microwave. Thank you for reviving it superbly👍
I was just in Korea and ate this delicious egg bread at the market there. Simply brilliant and tastes good forever. And now I looked for a recipe at home. Thank you very much for the instructions.
Tried the recipe but the flour amount seems extremely lot in the description and it made my batter very thick. I was thinking maybe 1/5 cup but that would be very little. Also description says 1 cup water but says 1.5 in video
Hello. Mandy I bought the pan from Korea. I think you can cook this Korean Egg Bread in disposable cups if you don't mind the shape of it. I should try to shoot a video with the disposable cup for Korean Egg bread. 😄 Happy New Year. Mandy
I'm intrigued by this method and it looks yummy. As a Yank I think pre-packaged pancake mix would work well if I was too lazy to make the simple batter. Lots of directions to go here. Processed cheese with chopped pre-cooked sausage, diced ham with swiss or cheddar, chorizo and queso fresco etc. I would probably whisk the eggs before topping. A bunch of other ideas floating around regarding 'breakfast' ingredients. Now to find those little baking pans...
hi, when you put 1 cup of milk ? bcause in the video doesn’t has 😊
