I may be alone in thinking this, but I love your classes where it's just you... no guest, no side jokes or conversation, no dog barking, no distractions. This was nice this morning.

You are not alone thinking about it. I wish I could say the same thing in my neighborhood. But with the video with no distractions, it really is peaceful.

I love Nadi Shodhana, it is so freeing and leaves me feeling so serene. Thank you, Tim

Not sure why I couldn't breathe more slowly today. I did do a video before this one (Day 13 of one of your other series), but for the life of me I needed two breaths for each of yours. I gave up trying and just relaxed into the breath I was able to do. C'est la vie.

Sometimes yoga brings me a welling sensation--it can be joy, it can be sorrow. But those days are when I know I'm doing something right. Thanks, Tim

This was perfect. I'm running late due to sustaining an injury (not through yoga!)on Saturday. I did 26 today and this practice which was what my nervous system needed. Thank you.

Great! I accidentally did day 28 before 27 which worked out perfectly for my day. Had a fast all day yesterday for a medical thing today..starting with this instead of an intense yoga workout...good news!

Nadi shodhana is the best way for me to relax, when I remember to do it, so Tim's doing it today was such a gift. It reminds me that yoga is more than the asanas, It's about the inner being.

Thank you Tim! I started this challenge probably mid week (I lost track)! I like the breathing sessions on the weekend, preferably Sat or Sun when I tend to take a rest day from all exercise, so I did day 28 first and then did day 27 to finish up today. Very good. Thank you! Will look to join conscious movement community when I finish this challenge!

I am so happy that I have stayed with the challenge. It has taken a number of starts and restarts and repeats, but getting close to the 30. Then I hope to repeat all 30, but in 30 days next time.

Loving these restorative days. I could have continued the nadi shodhana much longer, although I'm familiar with the practice which helps. Tim, could you make more of these types of videos through the year - maybe longer and more advanced?

Hi Tim great channel exactly what I need during this very stressful quarantine I actually started with your 7 day quarantine challenge and now I just finished up day 27 on the 20\20 challenge I'm not in great shape anymore I grew up on the football field and after high school I moved onto martial arts I've got close to 20 yrs in a style called four winds of kungfu I've been totally dormant for the last four years and my shoulders are making yoga very hard I'm not sure if it's my posture in the poses or if they are just burned out any thoughts

Hay Tim i couldn't understand where the fingers were positioned. Kinda needed to see the palm facing us to get a better idea.
My back was really tight so it took awhile to relax. The next time was tight as but I was able to breath more freely and tension released straight away with the exhale.
    I really appreciate these sessions.

I didn't know what to do with my hand on my nose, so I kind of squished my nose in between the fingers? It worked so I hope that was ok, but Tim if you could explain that part, it would be very helpful. Thanks for incorporating these breathing techniques into the 30 days, really like them

Hey! So far so good. Two questions though: one, to catch up with the challenge, sometimes I jam 2 workouts in a day (quarentine...); any problem?
Two, with a severe case of deviated septum, - single funcional nostrel - what and how much am I missing in these breathing exercises?
    Thanks!
