In regards to the follower system, I think it's a little bittersweet that there's no relationship point system. I agree with you in not needing to worry about wasting more time with wrong answers, and in that regard, it avoids a really big problem I have with Persona relationships which is the pressure to use a guide so you can see everyone's stories. But on the flip side, it also makes hanging out with characters or making the right choices feel less impactful because the mag you get is pretty negligible. But I do think converting points into something useable is nice as well. One thing that's kind of strange is taking part in events in Persona that feature characters who don't need relationship points, like Mishima in P5 who ranks as you complete sidequests. You get relationship points with him, but those points don't do anything. So the mag concept would make more sense there. I've thought a lot about how I'd want to improve the relationship point system in Persona myself. Basically, if I could set it up for P6, I'd do it like this: Relationship Points (RP) carry over to the next rank, so getting points when a character is ready to rank up still contributes to the rank after it. This encourages you to want to see all the special hangout events even if that character's ready to rank up. And from the social link/confidant menu, you can also see the total amount of points you've accumulated as well as where the next threshold is to rank up or what conditions must be met to rank up. Your total RP also increases how much XP personas of that arcana get. Like if each RP you have for Mishima makes all Moon arcana personas gain +0.3% XP or something. Additionally, I'd make all or at least most activities you do where you can boost your social stats allow you to invite people. Like when going to the batting cages, you always have the option to invite certain characters, so you can always work on RP for someone while boosting your stats. I think a system like this would give a lot more flexibility to managing RP and your relationship ranks so that it still feels easy enough to achieve everything without a guide and offers value to getting points for all characters.

CHRYSTAHHL hello this has nothing to do with metaphor BUT I really need you to play the trails series it is so wonderful and I think you would enjoy it you will probably never read this but if do just so you know I would write a 50 paragraph essay on why you should play the trails series I am very devoted FIRSTLY you like persona I like persona too I also noticed we had very similar opinions when it comes to persona (like AKECHI) you know I played fire emblem then persona then trails and playing trails was the second best decision of my life (playing p3 was the best) so I think you would enjoy trails as much as I do ANYWAY CHRYSTAHHL you have very enjoyable let’s plays and I would ADORE watching you play the trails series it is A VERY GOOD series with a whole connected world WOW SO FUN PLEASE I NEED YOU TO PLAY IT
(One thing the games so far are trails in the sky 1 2 and 3 trails from zero and azure trails of cold steel 1 2 3 and 4 trails into reverie and trails through daybreak I started with coldsteel 1 and 2 then played sky 1 2 and 3 then zero azure coldsteel 3 and 4 reverie then daybreak if you do play sky is the first part of the series then azure and zero then cold steel 1 and 2 one thing coldsteel 3 and 4 are best played after all the previous games I’ve mentioned after coldsteel 3 and 4 there is reverie and daybreak but ignore that for now SO I’ve been ranting for a while BUT I will say that starting with the first two coldsteel games then playing sky made the experience more enjoyable for me and made me appreciate it more I love sky so much but if I didn’t play coldsteel first it would have been less enjoyable so yeah just a suggestion so if you do play trails the you could try that FYI I do not expect you to read this comment.) but please do if you can I LOVE THE TRAILS SERIES AND IT NEEDS YOU TO PLAY IT
You are a lovely person who needs another lovely video game series with many people to simp for :)
Ps I’m sorry for the confusing rant about the order you should play the games in I accept full responsibility for my actions

GRIFFIIIIIIIIITH
Like a bat (literally a bat lol)
I do wonder if Louis looked less pretty but still the same personality
"Escape from inside the monster. Get to the anus!"
does anyone know how she slides to an enemy to attack? I'm like 80 hours in and have no idea how she's doing it lol
Lock on to an enemy with whatever the lock on button is then you should automatically do the dash when you attack from afar. though be warned it can be awkward as when mashing you can dash to other available targets after the first hit making you sometimes run into attacks you didn’t see happening.
@helpihavebats6392 thank you so much
