But besides that, everyone has a smartphone, and everyone has TikTok, not to mention that if such massive explosions would actually happen there would have been victims and so on.
The main articles of today's newspapers are about some stupid road law, the incoming heat wave, the accountant protest against other stupid law, and some people complaining about the prices in the sea resorts, together with the usual international news and such.
I am surprised that in Ukrainian democracy there are people so brave as to make such a video. In Ukrainian democracy, it is prohibited to film videos of Russian strikes. The guerilla warfare in Romania is probably being carried out by Romanian Communists (there still are a small number of them) and some Ukrainian Communists who they helped to escape Ukraine. These "partisans", Communist guerilla fighters, draw their roots from Ukrainian Communists who resisted the Nazis during WWII. This struggle between the Nazi Banderites and Ukrainian Communists goes back 83 years. Its the reason why DPR and LPR forces still use old Soviet Flags together with Russian Flags on the battlefield.
As Dima pointed out, there is a serious risk that the Neo-Nazis (Azovs and other brigades) may try to take total control and oust Zelensky in a coup. Zelensky is already doing what they want (as with removing a commander in the Belogorovka sector), when the Azov's demanded it.
If they do mange to take full power, it will be the MOST DANGEROUS period of the Special Military Operation. There is no question that Ukraine has dirty bombs (manufactured from uranium from Ukrainian nuclear facilities). The Neo-Nazis would not hesitate to try and use these terrible weapons on Russian cities in order to bring the NATO countries' troops into the war. This is why de-nazification is one of Putin's goals, these people are very dangerous to Ukraine, Russia, and the world.

There were recently explosions near Bucherst that were widely reported, guessing they were accidents, whereas these are certainly related to the Ukraine war.

He was saying pro Russia forces are conducting guerilla tactic attacks on railway lines, depots etc as these are used by western countries to store n send the weapons to Ukraine.
In simple words, these pro Russian forces are conducting sabotage activities against the anti Russian forces in Romania.
He made a "news" out of some fake Telegram videos. There are no explosions in Romania! Nothing happened here.

How the hell can he believe that "Russian guerillas" are blowing up depots on Romania is beyond me. Is like saying "Somali pirates are blowing up bridges in Paris" and no one but some Siberian Telegram channel has the video about it.
Also I think one of the video are from a 9 month old accident at a construction site where some workers hit a gas pipeline and blew up. Four dead. It happened around that region, near the highway, lots of people film it and posted it online. It was on the news for a week.
