Fun fact not mentioned in the video: There’s a Swedish village in Hokkaido. Its named Sweden Hills ( スウェーデンヒルズ, Suēden Hiruzu ) and located near the town of Tobetsu. The village came to be in the 1980s after a Swedish ambassador visited the area and pointed out how similar the nature and climate was to his native Sweden. The villagers are all Japanese Suecophiles (some one with great interest in Swedish history and culture, kinda like reverse weebs) and they live in classic Swedish wooden houses (houses are painted red with white corners and tile roofs) and celebrate Swedish traditions such as the Midsummer Festival (or just Midsummer for short. In Swedish ”Midsommar”) and crayfish parties (in Swedish ”Kräftskiva”)

You should reacted to History in the Dark, he does a lot of train related content, but also has branched out. First do his 5 worst trains ever list, his done 20 of them so for and are funny, but he spends more time talking about his subjects then Sam o Neila who dose comedy skits with history flavoring.

Yeah! Had you not heard of Alberto Fujimori before?
Oh...wait. Of course you hadn't. I sometimes forget just how young you are, and when I looked up when he was President, it says he left office in 2000. You were probably still a toddler when he left office. But anyway, yeah, he was pretty well known back in the day. Unfortunately, that's because he was like your usual South American president, and was big on human rights violations and corruption, and he was thrown in prison in 2009 for 25 years for having had an "anti-Communist" death squad that kidnapped and killed dissidents.

The leaders Barbs shows are in office anymore. Akihito abdicated the throne in 2019 and now his son Naruhito is the Emperor.
Shinzo Abe was assassinated on July 8 2022 while giving a campaign speech supporting fellow Liberal Democratic Party member Kei Satō for the House of Councilors Election, when he was shot by a gunman with a homemade gun.
