- LABOR AND DELIVERY VLOG // We are so excited to introduce you to our baby girl, Noelle! She was born on March 4, 2020 weighing in at 7 lbs 5 oz and 19 inches long. She came 6 days early when I was 39 weeks pregnant. The mindset I had going into labor was just to go with the flow to see how things would progress before making any decisions like getting an epidural or not. But I ended up surprising myself and made it through my entire labor experience without an epidural and ended up having a natural birth. It was truly unforgettable and one of the best days of my life being able to bring Noelle into this world! We're so excited to enter this next phase of life as new parents and want to thank you for being a part of our pregnancy journey!

Facts!!!
Lol when I was pregnant with my first baby boy I didn't even know I was in labor. I was quiet the whole time. Only panicked when my water broke, I wasn't expecting it 😂😂😂
Lmao, and I'm only laughing because I am literally laying in my hospital bed with my son who I gave birth to naturally (not by choice, he just came to fast) about 8 hrs ago and I cannot sleep so I came across this video and comment on how chill this labor looked. In comparison to me earlier you are soo beautiful and calm and quiet, you barley broke a sweat lol me on the other hand was a damn mess earlier, I was crying and yelling out "plz help me, somebody just get him out plz!!!" I literally was quivering, face red and swollen from pushing and i couldn't even think straight i was in such agony. I didn't think I was gonna get thru the pushing and contractions. But eventually I found the will to keep going and he's here and healthy and I just had to comment and say what a trooper you are girl, you handled this natural birth like a boss!!!! And looking beautiful during the whole experience! Congrats mama!

Going medication free really tested me mentally & physically and made me realize that the power of positive thinking and breathing through each contraction can go a long way! This was like the perfect labour/ delivery! You did so well! I’m 20 weeks pregnant at the moment with my first child and I’m super excited to meet my little boy. I really hope that I’m able to cope with it as well as you did! You seemed so happy and cheery throughout and didn’t scream or anything like I’ve seen in some other vlogs! You were so amazing! What's important is sticking to what feels right for you! I'm here to cheer you on! What helped me was getting into a good mindset prior to and during labor, it was obviously very exciting and overwhelming at the same time since I've never experienced it before but what kept me going was this advice I got from my chiropractor actually! He told me that my body already knows what to do to help baby come into this world so no need to worry about that, just focus on having good energy mentally & emotionally and excitement about meeting your baby! :) I also took it one contraction at a time versus thinking about the whole entire experience of labor so I didn't feel so overwhelmed and things just started to flow & progress! Also, remember your best to breathe through each one! If you need any encouragement or someone to talk to, I'm here for ya!

I’m due in two weeks and I am praying that I have a calm and wonderful birth experience like what you just had (or seemed to have). I am really wanting to forgo any type of interventions and just have the baby naturally also without an epidural but we will see how it goes. That was really amazing that you were already dilated to a seven when you got there that is a big deal! Congratulations on your baby.
