Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Btw can i ask u how would u tackle a rain particle with splash effect at the end of the collision?. The only idea that comes to my mind is (maybe) sub emitters but other than that i have not clue how to achieve the splashing effect since the rain can be a simple particle with 1 axis scaled.

Yes, sub emitters after raindrops is a good idea

Hello. I loved this tutorial. I hope this can help me for the development of an interactive art simulation I would like to test. The main difference is that I have no game and/or character to interact with particles. Particles should interact with mouse movement only, so mouse cursor is my character. Is it possible? Could you help me please? Thanks

Yes, it's possible, just send mouse position to particles

    Hi!!
I've been following your work for quite some time now, and you've been one of my biggest inspirations ever since! I truly love everything you do.
This video has been a lifesaver for something I've been wanting to achieve for a while now! I'm in the process of learning VFX in Unity since the beginning of last year, and I've been eager to create something similar. However, I do have one question: Is it possible to have the particles displaced at the center of the particle system, rather than from an external position, without using scripts at all?
If you could help me with that, I would greatly appreciate it! 💖
Have an amazing day/night, and thank you once again for inspiring me every day on this adventure 💗

yes, you can have static point in the shader.
