Really love this one Richard. You have often talked about how the eye "creates the illusion of detail" once it recognizes certain shapes. There is a magical moment in the progress of your paintings when all of a sudden it stops being shapes and pop - it becomes a place. I really admire that moment when we recognize what you've been thinking.

I absolutely love your style and use of the palate knife. As somebody with bad ADHD I can't help but prefer a fast, quick and spontaneous approach with painting and your style is so satisfying to see it's given me a huge amount of inspiration and motivation to keep on finding my niche with painting so thank you love your work.
I love your style of painting, abstract/realism. At a distance, it's realism, but once you come close, it's abstract. I love it.

You put your soul and body into the canvas. That big knife makes magic with your hand. Fabulous!

Разглядывая ваши скалистые места, пришла на этот раз такая мысль: что миллионы лет формирования планеты привели к тому, чтобы мы научились любоваться ею, восхищаться и научились из этих земных минералов извлекать все наши краски... Чтобы однажды родился прекрасный Ричард и это всё запечатлел... сколько для этого понадобилось эволюции!.... Одному Богу известно.....))
Не акрил, а именно масло даёт эту живую субстанцию двигать краску так, чтобы она вконец встала, как нужно, проявив все немыслимые человеческим мозгом смешения...
Из смешения минералов с маслом рождается проекция божественного мира в мир творческих интерпретаций... Это всегда потрясающе!!!
Казалось бы, обычные вещи, но нет.. мы каждый раз способны по-новому всё интерпретировать... и в помощь этому вся природа нашей красавицы планеты.. в Австралии особый колорит чудес природы - тебе помогают все четыре стихии, божественные звуки природы и твоё собственное чувство ритма во всём..... Спасибо за цветок фиалки 🤗 Мы эти цветочки выращиваем в горшках, а у тебя фиалку выращивает Сам Создатель 😇🍀

Ничего особенного, кроме отражения левой горы в воде. Русские художники на голову сильнее. Для примера можно посмотреть видеоурок И. Сахарова- зимний мотив

Даже, если вы царь, то скажу вам, уважаемый, что знаю Игоря Сахарова и его живопись среди профессионалов оценивается, как салонная. У Ричарда же спонтанность мазка даёт никогда не повторимый дизайн. И это существенное отличие именно дизайна в живописи от пятна. У Игоря разложено всё по полочкам, как отточенная и предсказуемая техника, которая хорошо работает на салонного обывателя со стопроцентным коммерческим попаданием продаж для тех, кто не знает истинной мозаичности ))
Ничего против Игоря не имею. Но Ричард уникален с его размахом непредсказуемого мазка.

Hello Richard, what a magnificent landscape both on your canvas and in reality! The colors are splendid and I am amazed by your way of representing the bottom of the pond at the same time as the surface of the water. The patch of sky and its reflection force the gaze to circumvent this dark cliff and slide further into the scene. Thank you for this beautiful moment with you. G'day Richard, I'm more and more impressed with Impressionism. Each time I watch one of your videos, I wonder what else I could learn. Well,, here we are again. Masterclass once again on mixing colour, simplicity in strokes driving the eye towards the key point and of course the main rule...having fun. Those reflections are candy to the eye, enhancing once again the chunky cliffs. There is a triple point of leading lines to the key point.
