10v10's is the most fun you can have in Steel Division 2. The feeling of either attempting to win a part of your Front to be able to send help to a losing flank, or barely holding your flank attempting to keep the enemies at bay long enough for help to arrive is really special to this game and mode in particular.

not really lol. The Axis side is entirely made up of 21st Panzer, 16th Panzer, 20th Panzergren and maybe the odd 352.Infanterie . Allied side will be more varied but half the team will be 3rd Guards Tank /29th Tank The meta of SD2 multiplayer is insanely stale, especially team games. Any axis player would bring as many King Tigers as possible, and the allied players MUST pick divisions with IS-2s otherwise they'd hurt their teams chances. There really needs to be a cap on the number of a specific division picked imo. That being said, Steel Division is an amazing game and I highly recommend everyone give it a go.

I think the first steel division was made before red dragon. So red dragon is modern steel division. And yes they are both made by the same company Wargaming.
When I saw this video on my feed I was a bit worried I was going to miss most of the battle. Many steel division channels barely zoom in on the cinematic and make these extremly boring and hard to identify videos when covering tournaments. This however is how you show off an epic battle and do it justice. Steel division 2 has these amazing graphics and in depth battle animatics. Thanks for showing them how it's done.
I haven't played this in awhile but I started up recently and am trying to proper learn it. It's pretty epic. This company has balls for keeping it real with the amount of research and detail they put in it. So underrated.
So some tips, if you going to play and show the game more: Infantry have three types of weapons. Close range (100-150m), medium range (300-500m), and far range (750m). Infantry with the broken heart icon means they are militia/conscripts, so they perform less than regular infantry. Tank has hidden health, but it cannot replenish, so it does require multiple hits to kill tanks. Air is divide into two category: Light and fast vs slower and armored. Fast planes tend to be figthers, when both sides haven't got much anti-air. Meanwhile, the armored planes are great for flying though AA defense to kill high value tanks. The C button you did in the video shows the range and the line of sight of the unit/position. A unit's sight can be block by cover, hills, and smoke. A important feature, because you can see which place is best for your units.
@@marinewillis1202 it is overwhelming if you let overwhellm you. @@marinewillis1202 game is amazing, buy it, you won't regret it. It is much less hectic than it appears. The most popular game mode is 10v10 played on small maps. If playing 1v1 or 2v2 rather than 10v10 on a 3v3/4v4 map it is less chaotic.

Wargame RD battle scale is quite big although SD2 is much larger, but RD required more micro than SD due to the nature of modern warfare being quite complex.
Absolutely love that you covered one of my favourite games. Built my new PC when i heard of its launch. The true beauty of this game is understanding that it is purely orchestrated chaos. Once you have a firm grip on how to identify what is happening in a given situation, you learn how to counter / prepare. Or, you can take things offensively and keep your opponent on the rearfoot. Truly intense wargaming experience.
