So when you reserve do you also have to pay for the food at the end of the experience like a normal restaurant or is it already paid for?

The fixed price Izumi lunch and fixed price Izumi dinner both include 1 small plate, 2 large plates, and dessert. Do you know why the lunch is cheaper than the dinner if what's included is the same? Are the portions smaller at lunch?

Not exactly sure, they are the same besides the time, so best guess is just because dinner time is in more demand.
