We are going on Anthem in October, looks interesting. I have heard that some people feel it doesn't amount to very much and are still hungry and head straight for The Windjammer.

I'm surprised they had you choose your entires. When my husband and I are at Wonderland on Anthem, our waiter planned our whole menu and brought us 3 entrees: the pork belly, the fish Alyssa got, and I think beef...yummy!!!
I don't like surprises. I'm too picky for that. Are you able to choose your Appetizers if you wanted? We are going in November.

Fingers crossed I'll be on this ship in July sailing from Southampton. I will definitely eat here. It's a special dining experience, not your every day banger and mash dinner.
I was just on the Anthem in February and kept walking past Wonderland and didn't realize till 2 nights before the end of the cruise that it was a restaurant!!! LOL. Maybe next time I'll go.

I’m skipping the main dining room and going to Wonderland on the lobster night when I cruise next month. Lobster is okay..but I don’t love it. I’m fine with skipping it.

It’s ‘dinner theatre’. I live in NYC. Have been a f/a w/a global American legacy carrier for 26 1/2 years, it’s now my ‘side hustle’ (benefits are way too good to give up), Point is I’ve eaten all over the world and yes, I’m a foodie (my faves areAsian street vendors). I have been a PR/marketing exec the last 15 years. Sorry you got picked, but here goes. Wonderland decor is FAR better on the Oasis class ships. Wiping a piece of glass with a wet paintbrush. How utterly stupid. I get it. I’m 5th grade I was amazed when I wiped the dry erase board clean. The food is ‘meh’ it’s the theatre you’re paying for. 150 Central Park is the best restaurant on RCCL ships that have them. Now for my rant to all TH-cam’ers. There is a massive culture of narcissists thanks to social media. It’s one thing when it’s kids, but do we need to see grown a$$ adults documenting their life & talking to absolutely no one? No, there’s nothing special about you. No, there’s nothing different or exceptional about you or your life. You’re one in an endless ocean of nobodies that feels, for whatever reason, to “show off” your life. I love RCCL, I’ve been an exclusive customer since my first cruise of Sovereign Of The Seas in 1995. In a month I will be onboard Symphony. Every where you look nowadays narcissistic jag off’s are filming every uninteresting thing they do & is happening around them. You’re an adult. Put down your effing camera and live in & savor the moment. The world is flooded by nobodies just filling their empty void by filming everything and showing it to the world. If you never did another video no one would notice and no one would care. Stop living your own life thru a camera lens as you are doing absolutely nothing other than eating👏effing👏dinner👏 & then everyone around you, we will no longer get to say to ourselves and each other “god, look at those 2 filming themselves at dinner and literally narrating & talking to no one. This us not just you but to every YT’er & IG d-bag. You’re. Not. Special. And you sure AH ain’t interesting. Cruises are by and large, middle class vacations for poor people. Sorry not sorry

The deserts were not healthy and unvlean since we have to spoon in to share. I was on the Spectrum and had Wonderland dinnee on Dec15 2023. Not all of us werr happy with the dinner. Begininh with the magic menu that did not show well. I think they should give us the real menu instead.
Do they have vegetarian options?
eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee alergic and eat shirm?
I would not spend a penny on that meal. It looks like very common items found on any menu.
Look at the nose
I hate this type of dining. It’s noisy with the waiters explaining what you are going to eat and how you have to eat it. It’s that molecular dining that Heston Blumenthal does . I find it a little pretentious for me . Others may like this sort of thing but I like to get in sit down order eat and go . I don’t like my dinner taking hours to complete and half a dozen little bite sized amuse busch before I even get to my main meal. Not for me unfortunately.
