The Continent Rearranged Update 2 (+ G'joob and Yawstrich)

Here's update 2 to the rearrangement of The Continent with G'joob and Yawstrich added. I made some other tweaks like adding Phangler and Tuskski to a few more parts. Future updates will hopefully be like this one and add a few more little tweaks and additions than just simply regarding the new monster or monsters. The Buzzinga update will, that's for sure. IDK about the rest, I haven't started them... obviously.

I feel like I should mention, I intentionally waited for Buzzinga to come before releasing this. I plan on uploading the Buzzinga update when the next mythical/monster comes.
