- As you asked guys in this video I will show you how to remove the speed limit to 30 km/h to your electric scooters Segway Ninebot D18 D28 D38 in just a few steps, very simple.

May I ask? I just bought a brand new Ninebot D18, it hasn't been connected to the ninebot app yet, however without connecting to the app it doesn't go full speed and beeps. Should I ignore the Ninebot app, run a downg and change the serial number? Will the scooter then run at full speed without beeping even if it doesn't connect to the Ninebot app the first time? Thank you very much for the reply.
If its new, it must be activated with the official app, thats why it beeps and wont go max speed.
For me it works, need to be on S mode thanks a lot.

You find it on a sticker under the footboard.
There is nothing there is just the information of the scooter

You must enable cruise control in Scooter hacking utility or DownG

Maybe because you updated to the last firmware in the official app. Try to downgrade the firmware to older version using Scooter hacking utility, then try again the region change.

For F25E try replacing the fourth letter with E, it will work if you have drv5.6.8 or older. If you have newer firmware it wont work. Undo back to the old serial number.

Of course you can, just note your original serial number.

For that model use Scooter Hacking Utility and change the region in app to 30 km/h Global.

does it kills your battery in short time? My friend did this to his escooter, but after he removed speed limit, his battery whent realy how "Couldnt put finger on battery" and battery was empty twice fast then before it.
I use this for 500 km now, no problem at all.
@@cristianmuresan5952the scooter makes some weird sound when it goes 26-27 and then the sound disappears. But when I slow down to 27/26km per h it makes that sound again. Do you have that too?
