Same method if you wish to go back to default settings. The setting changes from EU speed 15.5mph to US 20mph. May not work on all models but easier than downloading an app and then going through settings

Just saw your post on Stereo2go I can assure you that the distortion is not normal. I’m not sure exactly what the issue is but I have an idea. I’ve had two. One would distort the mid bass /vocals at higher volumes 3+ just as you described. The other one I had had ZERO distortion. I could max out the eq sxbs and volume and it played so cleanly. Vocals were warm and powerful The midbass was powerful too and deep bass was extremely impressively. I was very impressed. Hope this helps.
