That’s a great effort. It’s a tough scramble at the best of times but in winter, the amount of water certainly adds to the challenge. Enjoyed the video 👍
Damn that's some very interesting scramble. You have some b*$&s to go under(or more like thought this waterfall)!! These rocks looked so slippery and the amount of water falling on you, you've got the nerve 😂 I had my palms sweeting, thinking if you slip... Thanks for the video, nice adventure and informative too
Thanks Kris. There’s a point where I went through the water on the waterfall where I’d have turned back if I could but I think that may have brought in more problems. The ascent up the left hand side is far safer and definitely more sensible! Thanks to watching, appreciate it and your nice comments 👍
Yeah great scramble, but in those conditions it’s a significant gamble ... in many places it’s one slip you are talking serious injury... I did exactly the same, similar conditions over a decade ago....looking back now, older and wiser thinking that really was not clever.
I can’t disagree with your comments, hence the warning regarding the main waterfall section. I’m not sure I’d go through it and up the right hand side again in those conditions. After descending then re-ascending up the left hand side for the video there’s a huge difference between the two routes. It shows what a difference there can be between scrambling in the wet and dry.
