    Great video! I visit the Big Bend National Park/Big Bend Ranch State Park area maybe once or twice a month, I’m truly addicted to the park. I’ve yet to see these, I’m going this weekend. Thanks for sharing.

    Those are rock shelters, not caves. Very interesting, though.

      They are incredibly interesting to see! They are called Las Cuevas in the literature/maps about the area. Spanish words "las cuevas" translate to English as "the caves." There may be other shelters in the area that are more cavernous that we didn't see. I honestly don't care what they are named today. Several someones in the past called them home. I do care about that. They are fascinating and a joy to experience. ~Cris
