Thank you for giving me an idea for my first Tokyo (& Japan) trip. Edit: Now that I'm about to leave Japan, I ultimately forgot to listen to Bolero during my Odaiba walk & even in Hikarigaoka alternatively, but walking these areas & checking familiar places nevertheless brought nostalgic & familiar feeling, even without music, not to mention I'm positive I'll return someday, at least for visiting purposes if never as a permanent Tokyo resident.

Now I'm in my thirties, but I keep watching Digimon, and its music including the Bolero will be played at my wedding since my girlfriend is as emotional about Digimon as me.

I will always connected this masterpiece to Digimon Adventure. It's an anime for the children, but a damn good one. Amazing character development, genius isekai and then this absolute masterpiece of an ost.
Eu não conseguia acompanhar digimon direito quando era criança porque estudava na hora que passava, mas era louco pra assistir e não perdia oportunidade quando tinha. Das poucas vezes que ouvi essa música ela tinha ficado gravada na minha cabeça... Anos depois, quando ainda era muleque, acabei descobrindo que era música clássica de Ravel... Que descoberta legal... Agora eu peguei pra assistir de verdade, em japonês... Tô bem nessa parte do Vandemon cobrindo a cidade de névoa... As crianças desesperadas pra conter o caos... Os pais querendo proteger os filhos e os filhos protegendo os pais - ao som de Ravel... Realmente sensacional... Mexe com os sentimentos. As vezes pessoal pode menosprezar digimon como um anime infantil, mas ele tem muito valor

Cito algumas: aquela quando o Devimon surge de dentro de um quadro de um anjo na mansão "fake", o tema de quando o Myotismon aparece caindo do caixão aos Digiescolhidos e do mesmo, atacando as moças a noite (também se repete na derrota do Pinoquimon e quando os Digiescolhidos avistam o Piedmon surgindo). Nota 10!

A mí mamá no le gusta esta melodía porque se le hace algo monótona y pesada. En cambio, a mí me encanta porque gracias a Digimon, me acostumbré a ella.
