    How do you suggest knowing which side Trendelenburg is on? Because I have seen it both ways when people say "the patient shows a Trendelenburg sign on the R side" sometimes they mean the R side drops and other side they mean that it is weak. It's hard to find consistency on this :(

      It can be tricky! You want to understand how its name in stance phase vs swing. A trendelenburg gait is characterized by trunk shift over the affected glute medius during stance (ie, ipsilateral shift over affected limb in stance) and away during the swing phase

    If one international student complete his master's degree from Canada still he has to give PCE?? Please do reply!!

      Yes, ALL students are required to successfully pass the written and clinical/practical PCEs. It doesn't matter if you're a IEP or Canadian educated PT.
