    HELLO HELLO! Today’s vlog is a day in my life filled with prepping for a trip, a killer back workout, and friendsgiving. In this video I also talk about how I handle the holidays while still reaching my fitness goals. I asked you guys what kind of videos you want to see and a lot of you asked for more daily vlogs/longer videos so here you go!     You are the only fitness youtuber who has managed to keep me motivated and determined to work out, the advice your give and the way u carry yourself inspires me so much!! This is the furtherest I have ever lived from a gym and I still manage to get myself to walk 30 minutes one way after a 12 hour shift. Thank youuu

    Omg Amelie thank you for the little thanksgiving food talk bc I soo needed that!! I always feel so bad when I eat stuff I plan not to. But I will for sure be enjoying my thanksgiving food but also being mindful and having portion control. Thank you!! Happy Thanksgiving❤

    Hey girly I’m an esthetician and that grapefruit scrub has been seen in clients where those beads don’t dissolve and get lodged under the skin 😢 I’m not sure if you’ve already been told. I like acid exfoliants, the brand The Ordinary is very inexpensive and can be found at Ulta and online. I’d probably recommend lactic acid up to 3x a week at night but that is without seeing your skin at all. I just thought it’d be useful to tell you especially with the little break outs you’re experiencing.

      just practicing over and over again! you would be surprised with how fast you can build upper body strength if you do it every day. every workout I do as many pull ups I can (1 set)

    girly please do not use the scrub on your face because it will cause micro tears in your skin which lead to aging. i would suggest using a chemical exfoliant instead (glycolic or lactic acid)

    when you say "recently I've been focusing on less about the quantity of the exercise/s and more on how heavy I'm going because really I'm trying to build muscle but then again I'm also try to stay (lean) as possible" a suggestion I've got for ya that has been super effective regarding my own fitness is intermittent fasting! hopefully my tip "WORKs OUT" for ya! LOL :P haha

    you have motivated me to rejoin a gym! i cancelled my membership because the gym made me so anxious but watching your videos really helped me! i work 6 days in a row and am super tired after night shifts but despite this i’m actually excited to get into the gym and move my body! u really out here changing lives girl 🤍
