I used to have a Ford Explorer V6 engine. Medyo malakas sa gasoline pag city driving (around 5-6km per liter) but combine with city and highway driving, it will deliver the performance at 12km per liter. Agree that Ford should introduce an alternative petrol engine. Maraming Ford enthusiast looking forward on the V6. They need to do their market research and customer survey.
If Ford decides to bring the Raptor in V6, it will be more expensive since you have to pay more taxes for the extra two cylinders. I believe this is covered under a presidential decree discouraging large engines during the fuel crises during the ‘70s. As for the price of parts, it’s natural that US-made vehicles’ parts are expensive compared to Japanese parts because of the region where the vehicle is. If you live in North America, Japanese parts are more expensive compared to “domestic” vehicles. Parts assemblies are getting common nowadays to save time. In North America, parts assemblies have a core value when you trade in your parts to a new or remanufactured one. John Deere has been doing this for quite sometime at the disappointment of the old, traditional farmers who prefer to fix a specific broken part and who hate to buy the whole assembly. For instance, if you need a water pump repaired with a John Deere tractor, the old system was to buy a repair kit and have the pump assembly repaired by the owner. Nowadays, you bring the whole assembly and they will replace you with either a brand new assembly or a remanufactured assembly. The core value of the old assembly will be deducted from the price of the replacement part.

Hi Sir Levi! Really thankful about this informative and transparent content you have for the Ford Ranger Raptor. This shows that a real car enthusiast is open to any brands and doesn’t stick to only one brand, other people call themselves enthusiasts but they dis other car brands which is a toxic trait. If you really love and passionate ka with cars you will always find the good side of every brand. Driving performance, and comfort is one of the strong points of ford. Nice vlog sir levi..
Totoo nga naman.. kung totoong mahilig ka talaga sasakyan then dapat di makitid utak mo.. ibang tao kasi kung maka stick to one brand sobrang lala eh to the point na ang toxic na nila. Minsan masarap din talaga magtry ng iba and di usual sa iba..happiness and contentment with what you purchased tops it all of. Kasi kung bumili ka ng sasakyan tapos di ka naman masaya then ibig sabihin you chose a wrong car and nagpadala ka lang sa mga sinasabi ng iba and di mo sinunod talaga gusto mo..
Sticking to one car brand isn't toxic maybe na test nya na and subok nya na ang car brand kaya nag stick siya dito. Ang toxic eh ang paniniwala nilang brand nila ang perpekto, matibay, malakas, matipid etc.
I like that Sir Levi considers driving this truck a bit of a hassle, especially on tight streets and chaotic roads with many motorcycles and jeeps. He recognizes that it may cause inconvenience to other motorists, which shows how considerate he is. He's not like other pickup drivers who barrel around recklessly just because they drive a big vehicle. Huge respect for you sir!
Good honest review. Nakakairita kasi mga ibang raptor owners saying this is the best pick up in the Philippines. No, it's the best pick up for you. The best pick up is different for everyone because you have to compromise some aspect in the car. The perfect car for you exists, but there is no perfect car.
For PH, turn off the auto break assist front and back saka sensors. Laging bakbakan at gitgitan kalye dito. It's a nice to have, but not applicable here.
I suspect Ford Philippines cannot find a good pricing scheme for the V6 diesel in the Philippine market. They priced the 2.0 i4 aggressively in the place where the v6 diesel should be. Pricing it above the 2.0's will surely be unpopular, more so from a country that loves to hate Ford cars. Parallel story applies for the fate of Everest V6.
8:40 agree sir Levi. I own a 2022 MUX na may ADAS and sa umpisa talaga super sensitive ng camera niya at talagang ifufull-stop niya pag mahilig ka tumutok. Good thing about newer tech cars nowadays is tuturuan ka talaga na wag na tumutok which is a toxic Pinoy driver trait.
The mechanical aspects need to trickle down to the base model, and the electronics need to be thrown in the trash. An experienced driver doesn't need all the bells and whistles and only needs a vehicle that can be an extension of his abilities. If they took a raptor and an xl and put them together, then they would have an affordable truck that is capable of handling whatever most road enthusiasts would come across. A base model xl with front and rear differential locks would plenty for 90 percent of the drivers in the philippines.
Nice review sir. Im not into tech packed vehicles. I prioritize reliability and straight forward to basics. This is why i chose isuzu dmax with 4jj3 3.0 L engine equipped with timing chain and timing gear. But i compromised comfort. Medyo matagtag ang ride. There really is no perfect car as you correctly pointed out
Nag-ootomatic LOW Beam sya sa road curves na maraming reflected road signs most of the times. At maraming times na hindi sya naglolow BEAM kahit may kasalubong ka na - so you need to press pa para iturn off. Sobrang hassle nung AUTO HIGH BEAM - hindi sya nagwowork as expected - or baka saken lang.
Boss against ako na i-off mo yung pre collision assist ng raptor dahil dyan ako na save ng car na ito sa possible accident dahil kung wala or kung naka off yan for sure nabangga ko yung naka motor na nasa harapan ko. Kaya thaks God very helpful ang pre collision features ni Raptor.

Pwede

This shows that a real car enthusiast is open to any brands and doesn’t stick to only one brand, other people call themselves enthusiasts but they dis other car brands which is a toxic trait. If you really love and passionate ka with cars you will always find the good side of every brand. Driving performance, and comfort is one of the strong points of ford. Nice vlog sir levi..
💯 agree
The traits you mentioned were of the Atoyot fangirls.
Minsan masarap din talaga magtry ng iba and di usual sa iba..happiness and contentment with what you purchased tops it all of. Kasi kung bumili ka ng sasakyan tapos di ka naman masaya then ibig sabihin you chose a wrong car and nagpadala ka lang sa mga sinasabi ng iba and di mo sinunod talaga gusto mo..
Sticking to one car brand isn't toxic maybe na test nya na and subok nya na ang car brand kaya nag stick siya dito. Ang toxic eh ang paniniwala nilang brand nila ang perpekto, matibay, malakas, matipid etc.
By far this the best Ranger Raptor review that I watch 💪🏻👏🏼
I like that Sir Levi considers driving this truck a bit of a hassle, especially on tight streets and chaotic roads with many motorcycles and jeeps. He recognizes that it may cause inconvenience to other motorists, which shows how considerate he is. He's not like other pickup drivers who barrel around recklessly just because they drive a big vehicle. Huge respect for you sir!
Thankyou! 😊
7:54 good driving sir, thank you for not hogging the left lane like the others
😂😂😂😂😂@@rayjunsay2840
Good honest review. Nakakairita kasi mga ibang raptor owners saying this is the best pick up in the Philippines. No, it's the best pick up for you. The best pick up is different for everyone because you have to compromise some aspect in the car. The perfect car for you exists, but there is no perfect car.
Non-bias review! Ayos!
Thanks for sharing.. There’s a lot to learn in newer cars
Duh
Dont go ford if can’t afford 😅
As usual, excellent review idol! Next time please share your thoughts about unlocking hidden features via Forscan software
One thing I don’t like is the wet timing belt.
Just bought my ford ranger raptor. This vlogs helped me decide and what to expect. Including accessories, tints and etc . The best . Thank you sir! 🫡
Hi, I'm planning to buy 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor. What group support can you suggest for me to subscribe. Thanks.

Great review! Was aiming this truck since I fell in love with the F150 during my younger days, this review changed my perspective, tyvm!
Agree sayo sir.
Content is very informative especially the part on the vehicle power down timer feature. Thanks!
pag maraming accessories sa pick up naging bakya walang class
Galing ng review. Heto na talaga bibilhin ko. Pera na lang ang kulang. 🤣😂
