- I went back to Detail Lab Manila for the application of ceramic coating to my 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor. I like the quality of their service that is why I patronize their services. They are located in Scout Lozano , Diliman , Quezon City.

I thought I really preferred the Orange or Blue Raptors, but that white is really growing on me, love it! I did wince a little bit when he steamed the steering wheel, especially around the buttons, seems little invasive to do that on such a new truck, but they are the experts and I'm sure know what they are doing. Can't wait to see more on this truck Sir.

Solid po tlga ang gyeon brand and yung mga nagccater ng gyeon brand. Pansin ko kasi parang may quality control tlga yung mga shops na nagccater ng gyeon brand kaya sobrang quality ng pagkakacoating nila

Hi Sir Levi, anong take nyo sa mga PPF na dami nag ooffer for paint protection?
Kung mag papa ppf ka always make sure na good quality brand ang papalagay mo, because may tendency na mangilaw pag hindi maganda yung brand. Anyway Ppf is the best protection for your car especially pag ginagamit mo harshly yung sasakyan. Pero if hindi naman ceramic coating is already a good investment. May protective layer ka narin sa natural elements.

Sir levs why po ceramic coating instead of ppf? And do they also do ppf? Sa ganyan kasi sulit magpa protection ng car, yung tipong yung may ari mismo is perfectionist and oc sa linis.

Hindi ako nagpapa engine wash sa Mazda. Ako na lang nagliilinis kasi baka mabasa yung mga electronics

Grabe ang super clean, its as clean as a bently... Aren't those trucks supposed to be very dirty and mudded like heck... would be nice to see a before and after video.

A much as possible if hindi naman naulanan or nadumihan ng sobra you don’t need to wash it agad, kung alikabok lang yung nasa surface mas better if iwan mo muna na ganun and iwash mo ng maayos if sobrng dumi na talaga. Pero during rainy seasons need na talaga hugasan parati kasi diyan nagkakaron ng watermarks and dumidikit yung dumi sa paint kapag napabayaan

Sir Levi wat are your thoughts with PPF the whole car?
Its good when you have the budget for it because its expensive. A good quality PPF will cost you at least 100K. But you need to check which ones are good quality because there are so many in the market, otherwise you may end up damaging your paint with bad quality PPF

They did not use a paint thickness measuring tool b4 buffing the clearcoat. Thats SOP for ceramic coating procedure. Otherwise theres no telling how much top coat has been removed from the paint.

Hi po sir levi. Im using fusso coat wax. Pwede ko po kaya sya ipa ceramic coating habang may fusso coat wax? Sainyo ko po kasi nalaman yung fusso coat 😊 thanks sir!
Yes pwedeng pwede, they’ll strip of the wax muna then apply the coating for u

Yes planning to buy a new set of mags but I need to analyze and decide what look I want. Ang choice of mags kasi ay crucial sa looks na gusto mo so it should complement. I am not in a hurry though and will enjoy the stock mags for the meantime
@@ridewithlevi6418 agree Sir Levi, the type of wheels you want to display, from the colors white, black, bronze, anthracite, gun metal or combo of those sets and what look or character of the pick up truck is what matters. as always im favoring Ford to shoe it up with BFG tires with Fuel wheels like Militia, Nitro, Shok, Rebel, Vector, Warp are some of my choices. pag gusto mo naman maiba Fifteen52 wheels Turbomac HD bronze, asphalt black, carbon grey.

PPF is more expensive at pag white color ang feeling ko may tendecy na mag yellowish in the long run and i won’t use the car harshly anyway
