Please use common sense. Sanji landed a sneak attack that didn't even budge Nusjuro from his position. It's still a speed feat but that's it. Zoro, on the other hand, matched the Haki of a Gorosei AND pushed him back. Yes Jinbei helped him reach but that equal Haki clash is an insane feat. The Gorosei has been hyped ridiculously for their Haki ever since they came, and even Jinbei said their Haki levels were unreal despite Jinbei feeling the Haki of yonkos.

A feat is actually matching their Haki levels, which is what Zoro did. Props to Sanji's speed but what Sanji did was a Franky level feat at best, and that's being nice since Franky tore a massive hole.
Thats what I am saying. Black-red haki comes when two conqueror haki user simply clashes,it is not a demonstration of power or top tier haki. The black colour is default for majority of users as trebol said that it appears only when two kings clashes. Even if koby get conqueror haki and clashes with Zoro,the colour would be same. The animators even made normal haki clash to have black colour effect as seen in law vs Blackbeard.
Whole Zoro and nusjuro clash wasn't impressive or showcase of great haki like Roger and whitebeard. It was regular clash between two conqueror users.

Imma be honest, I don’t think Zoro is as strong as Luffy. This is already made obvious by just how easily Luffy beat Lucci compared to the amount of effort Zoro made fighting Lucci who already got his butt handed to him by Luffy. Not to mention casually palming Saturn while holding his Kizaru action figure in the other hand. It’s more likely that Nusjuro, being a swordsman, isn’t a tanky type like the other giant bulky transformations, and the planets get stronger from saturn to warcury, which explains why saturn gets pancaked like a ball of clay while warcury is able to tank.
It’s either that or each of them just specializes in different fields, some like Saturn or Nusjuro specialize in offense with poison or swords, and some like ju peter and mars specialize in mobility/scouting by tunneling or flying. And as we know from Wano, as a swordsman, Zoro naturally has an advantage over Luffy when it comes to defending against attacks rather than just tanking them.

2. v. JURO wasn't expecting someone to clash thereby can argue his attack was strong enough to destroy everyone on the ship but wouldn't say was one of his stronger attacks, that and not expecting to be parried would mean that zoros feat cam be scaled down
I don't think its safe to say he is on par with luffy YET from one clash. He is stronger than Sanji, but not to the scale being portrayed here. There was several subtle queues in the chapter to indicate that as to not create a despairing gap between the characters but also highlight the growth of the straw hats post wano.

I think of it like this. Luffy’s crew is kinda like a 1:1 comparison to Roger’s and Luffy is supposed to be like Roger. So I considered Zoro to be like Silvers and Sanji to be like Scopper. No one is out here saying he is weak at all but no one is also saying he is on Silver’s level. I think that with Zoro and Sanji. Both extremely powerful and would be a good fight but Zoro is murdering Sanji in the end each time.

I love Zoro, however when you look at Sanjis attack on Nosjuro and Zoros I feel that Sanjis is actually more crazy. Sanji literally Blitzed Nosjuro, kicked his sword away, which was also mid swing, and still landed the attack, making him bleed. We don't know what damage zoros attack would have if he landed it, but he needed Jimbei to even make it in time and probably also needed this speed boost to make Nosjuro fly away.
