if im not wrong, this theme plays only in actual combat, idk honestly but my game doesnt count non lethal as reason to start combat theme here, and mostly theres only ambience so basically, this theme is something like realising.."what have i done?" , something after multiple gunshots
I think this theme only plays when you reach the attic, it's the only time it ever plays for me. Even after a long firefight downstairs it doesn't play
After I arrested her boys I walked into the mother's room to check for soft objectives. As I'm looking around one of my officers says "Poor lady...". I love how I play this game to escape reality but all RoN does is show the reality, and I'm all for it.
I'm glad this was one of those missions where I read the briefing when I played it in commander mode! It's one of the few missions where you accurately know the number of suspects, each suspect's face and details and everything so you don't fuck it up and slaughter the entire family.
Its also sad if you play the phones answering machine. They play a message where someone from the pd is talking about trying to avoid the raid altogether and expedite any prison time. I honestly think the 911 dispatch call was almost an intentionally SWATing based on the fact that they wanted their competitors out of business either way.
it's the one with mom informing police on her sons paying off her hospital bills(stage 4 lung cancer) and dad's debts by manufacturing weapons. they were buying parts from cars dealership. I explain this in random lobbies every time someone asks "why sad music tho" after they lit up the family
the fact that Skiff posts the RoN and Payday osts is like a polar opposite, one is an epic game about criminals with a fast paced OST to match the arcade gameplay, while the other is a serious, realistic and gritty SWAT game where you are the police, as opposed to being so powerful in Payday to kill hordes of cops.
that's the only mission in ready or not that made me double question my actions. The mission backstory is already a sad reality and musics adds up to it. Truly the only mission where I go only non-lethal.
@@TheBrokenRibsI wish I could speak for the political leanings in the RoN universe but tbh that Senator's career is pretty much over if he is voting against the VA.
Mission tries to tell the story of a family that moved to America, one being incredibly sick, and the others resorted to crime to make up for the massive hospital funds - probably why
All I remember from that mission is I shit you not, dead silence, if it’s just like that it is both respectful to the situation and telling of how late you are since by the time you arrive all that’s left is few student stragglers

This song only plays if you've killed at least one suspect and located the mother, otherwise it's the ambient loop only throughout.

If only people listened to the briefing 😢
This mission is veeeeery sad bro… finally a guy who is interested in lore)

I feel like suddenly hearing PD3 sountrack blaring instead of the slower RoN soundtrack would be like hearing boss music to the LSPD

no doubt best mission gameplay and story wise
Idk I really liked ides of march too, sad story about the monsters created by society and government
gameplay goes to either neon tomb or sins of the father for me, this map is way too small and short (which is fine since it's more for the story)

Definitely an odd soundtrack for sure, compared to the others that get you tensed the fuck up in combat. This just sounds sad man.

you mind making the ambient/breaching of the new farm? i like the sudden drum while you get inside the building. it builds tension for me
I kinda wonder if the watt community college has a combat theme
definitely does, and i want to hear it

Nope, the mission has no music or ambience, its just silence. Only thing you hear are the gunshots and students screaming occasionally
There is music for it in its level file, but it's unused.
Zack Bower(dev who responsible on sound) said that campus map intentionally has no OST.
Who makes these Thumbnails I would appreciate it If anyone can do some for some content since I've got a channel also and just wow may I say
