Other people have a tendency to overdo the 'metal' of songs. You are able to make it metal while still allowing the other instruments shine through when and where they need to. Even before I got halfway through, I put a 'like' on this! First-gen Trainer Battle theme is great enough already, and this just makes it even more so.
You can't because of the limitations of the Game Boy's sound chip. There's literally not enough channels, and not the correct types of channels, to handle FamilyJules' arrangement. NES technology (side note, the Game Boy and Game Boy Color are, in laymans terms, more or less the same as the NES) doesn't just "play the sounds", there's a lot more to it than that. You can get a sense for this by using software like FamiTracker, which allows you to create music in a way that's compatible with NES period tech.
Jules must be a Steel type trainer considering this is metal.
It's also fire so who knows?
