it will work smoothly with the right processor and enough ram, go with i3 with 8gb of ram, of course more futureproof version would be i5 version if you can afford it. you can also upgrade ram later if you plan to buy 4gb version. so u can upgrade to 16gb of ram in next years

You can also use Nvidia GeforceNow for better gameplay

What's difference between HP 250 G6 and this new G7? I have G6 made in 2018.
The main difference is in the g7 processor specs, g8 is comming in the 2020.

yes, because sometimes there are a lot activity in the background like windows processes - windows and update apps.. u can wait or disable it
