put many acres thru our old 800. that sheet metal would burn your azz on a hot sunny day. the ol hillside hemi (slant six) would run for years. they sure were slow down the road. finally traded ours for a new Holland hydra swing. could cut 50% more per day and the tractor had ac. good memories tho. thanks for sharing.
First Name there used to be a lot of these in the country back when people had hogs. And they all were slow. Everyone had a cart to drive the front wheels on then they could pull it with a pickup down the road. Lots faster than driving them. You probably had one
We have a 800 to, just like yours lol, oats look good to, we got a 2320 jd with ac though, it has the same engine as the 800,it gets hot sometimes in July windrowing

Yeah they made them. It's got a little Chrysler slant six in there for an engine. Bulletproof apparently.

I had a canopy on it but I stole it so I could have AC on the 3010. It only took about 45 minutes so it wasn't too bad.

really it has a gas motor? figured it would be diesel.
Ag Wild ya, it's under powered slightly, and light on the rear end with a 20 ft head, but no diesel
