ActionSA to lay charges against Simelane

ActionSA says it will lay criminal charges against the embattled
Justice and Constitutional Development Minister Thembi Simelane in
Polokwane.
This is in connection with the latest revelations that the minister's
alleged VBS-related loan agreement was allegedly backdated years after
it was signed, contradicting her explanation.
Simelane took a R500 000 loan from the company that was allegedly
involved in brokering unlawful investments in the now-defunct VBS
Mutual Bank.
ActionSA's Athol Trollip says he has also contacted the Public Protector.
