Sometimes I think as women we don't show men enough appreciation. We focus so much on external features and we make them so insecure. I see so much content on women's body positive programs but nothing for guys. Even mothers sometimes luck in telling their sons how amazing they are on their own and how manners and the heart is what makes a gentleman. Ladies Men are not purses.
Some girls doesn't care about height ! As long as they are with someone they're comfortable with, my uncle is VERY short comparing to his wife and she doesn't care and no one does and they are amazing now, the insecurity is just an extra focus on something that isn't that important and remember Allah made you that way and he made your wife to like you so when you find her she's not gonna care at all
Yes I understand that, but if you see these girls are always talking about haram relationships but when it comes to marriage she's gonna look for someone that she can build a life with, only naive girls who look for these beauty standards, and about money, it is actually her right to look for someone who can afford a comfortable life, what's not acceptable is looking for a rich man because she wants to live like a princess, and yet there are some girls who doesn't care about money, but those aren't really available because they have the ideology of : we are going to die, and we should reach out for the hearafter not this life, what's important is his deen, because if you look at it the right way, if he is religious and follows the suunnah of Muhammad pbuh they are going to live a comfortable emotional life, and poverty is not gonna affect that as long as they believe in the hearafter. But nowadays it's rare unfortunately

I think its important to understand the "Why" in order to come out of a wrong relationship. "Haram" is a trigger word for me considering maybe I come from Pakistan 🇵🇰 and I've seen people manipulate religion. But look up Abdal Hakim murad Cambridge series, his talk on "Patience in Love" its so beautiful. Find out why in parallel to the do's and Don't's. Also a wrong relationship that isn't working out for you not just because its physical but also because its not compatible with you can also be categorised as wrong. Islam permits you to find your compatibility with your partner. Just keep Allah in your rearview mirror. I would say Communicate with God before you communicate even with your parents because you know biased opinions of friends and family do come into play. So istikhara; the short dua read it all the time! So that you are led to all the things that will be good for you. Also, that still doesn't mean you won't be tested. Of course we will be. That is why we believe that this world is temporary. We wait to go to the most perfect one ✨
Fellow pakistani here. I totally feel you! I feel like there's a huge internalising of the deen gap. We know the rituals but we aren't given the space to understand them, to find the deen for ourselves just like those who came before us did.

I've learned this from a book. "A story of answers.." We might always ask for strength and only gain difficulty. But do we know that He gives us difficulty to make us stronger... We hope to own some wisdoms, yet He gives us problems to solve.. When we want to have courage, He make us face some dangers.. Haha Then, if we beg for love or happiness, He make us meet someone for us to help.. And of course we always pray for help, thus He let us have some opportunities.. So, now I realize that I've never got what I asked for, yet I got the one I need..

It sketches the life of Prophet Nuh (AS) and the struggles he faced. Although, times have changed, this surah illustrates the frustrations and mental exhaustions that those before us went through and how they navigated through it. It's oddly comforting. Isn't that what the Quran is, a source of healing, comfort and hope!
