This is amazing!!! The before and after is soooo good. Your little helpers are cute too!! I love using baskets too and I like how the jars look in the Cabinets..crisp and clean.

Yes, i love to make my own vanilla. My last one i used bourbon. The different alcohols change the vanilla flavor a little bit but not much and homemade does taste better. I also love the canning jars, i also do my pantry the same way. The jars are cheaper in the canning section of walmart than at the dollar store.
I really need to try that. Just need the beans. Thank you for being here! I really enjoy having my pantry items in jars. So much, that I did it again in our new pantry!
Hey girl! New sub here! I love mason jars. I think they are so cute. We have Amish stores around here that sell bulk dry goods and it’s so beautiful and fun to visit their shops. I love canning too. I haven’t been able to do it as much as I would like. But I think it’s so beautiful to can your own food. So glad I found your channel!
What a difference! I love using mason jars for everything too! I found some at the thrift store a couple months ago (prelockdown) with the old school glass tops...they were so pretty 🤩 I totally just bought vanilla from a Mennonite store the other day too lol I was looking for the Mexican vanilla but they only had some that were in plastic bottles with their own labels 🤣 not exactly what I was looking for but it will do for now.

I also love using glass for storage and used a black sharpie paint marker when I originally got my glass canisters from ikea and I love that it stays on well until you wash/scrape it off so you do have the option to switch what’s inside 😊 I need to organize my cupboards again so badly, it seems like I could honestly organize it weekly because it always turns into a mess no matter how well I may organize it 🙈

Vanilla bean in vodka or bourbon. Split the beans. Leave in for about two weeks. There are different types of vanilla: Mexican, Madagascar... both very good but a bit different.
Girl, yes!!! I’m making my own vanilla right now. 3 different ones! 1 with vodka, 1 with rum, & 1 with spiced rum. Will be trying to let it go for about 2 years as I am hoping they will be amazing Christmas gifts down the road for family!!! We have made our own vanilla before & it’s amazing!!!
