I'm loving this! The esthetics, the groove, the melody. Smart production giving organic effect. It's soothing and intriguing at the same time having a pace which gives me an impression of a journey. Those "hummings" being both wild-west and middle-east at the same time are so clever. The whole package, including lyrics and the artist's history, speaks truth to me which I find captivating. Very pleasant to my ears

Listened to the Icelandic version yesterday and didn’t think much of this song. But the English version is much better. Even with the obvious media circus this would generate if Iceland chooses this, this song is a whole vibe.

Florida for San Marino 2021 for instance, Celine Dion winning for Switzerland in 1988, Estonian band Vanilla Ninja competing for Switzerland in 2005, Swede Victor Crone for Estonia in 2021 just to mention a few.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but hopefully the English version will be used if he wins the national final. I like the Icelandic language, but something about the English version works better here in my opinion.
I'm sure he will do the English version since that's much easier for him to sing than Icelandic. A mixed version would be cool though.

The song is completely generic from beginning to end, if this is the song that will win the festival in Iceland and then the Eurovision only because of political considerations, the Eurovision contest will go to hell, it will not survive two political wins in two years.
