The bible says anxiety comes from ungratefulness. Realising that has really helped me overcome it. Plus I've found giving thanks to God is an answer to alot of problems in todays world. This is the day the Lord has made. let us be glad and rejoice in it! I struggled with agoraphobia and crippling anxiety. The lord has really helped me overcome it!

Unforgiveness. Unforgiveness in the heart gives up someone's birth right. It is the way the enemy destroys identity even from within the womb.

      Unforgiveness interferes with gratitude.

I love listening to you, Lisa and John because I know the truth will prevail and yes, I read scripture. Yes I have fear not only because the wars going on and the war is coming up but Social Security I know someday they’re gonna dip into this and there’s a lot of people like me. This is the only thing we’re living on I’m 69 years old, I see a lot of things in the world that I would love to bring the children to God because not only are they way out of line but they’re being tall horribly wrong so I pray someday I will have the courage and start helping a lot of people that don’t understand not that they haven’t heardJesus says no one has excuse now all they need to do for one moment and their life come to Jesus repent their sins

I read Foxe’s Book of Martyrs as a teenager in the 1980s. It was inspiring, but I couldn’t read it at bedtime! Thanks for your conversation. I’m watching from Melbourne Australia.

I love you Lisa and John thank you for all you are doing. I was just having a conversation with my husband about this topic just 10 mins ago on how I overcome my fears and anxieties everyday. I am about to graduate in 7 weeks as a RN. at first I didn't believe I could make it so far but with the help of the Holy Spirit and my husband I am about to graduate,I know I will pass the National exam. and also I will be a great and excellent nurse. I was living in fear my whole life because of my childhood issues and I was struggling a lot because of those barriers. but God is bigger and stronger than them he removed me from the hand of the enemy i am able to live now the life that God has chosen for me. Thank you for teaching and sharing . I love listening to both of you and the whole family. Love you Lisa and John.

You both have been a blessing to me. I love your teaching. I am currently doing The Holy Spirit in my women's Bible Study. Your ministry has helped me have a deeper walk with God. The books Awe of God and Bait of Satan has made a huge impact on me. Thank you for your obedience to your anointing. I look forward to more podcasts. ♥️

❤Thank you so much for writing your book The Awe of God and Everyday Courage! These messages from God could not have come at a better time! I know what it feels like to run away in cowardice like Andrew, but I’m ready to believe and receive His supernatural courage! Praise God!

I am always so excited for your podcasts!
I have a faith question, that I have been struggling with... If God has everything mapped out and know what you are gonna decide and do, etc.. Why do we pray? Why do we pray things such as "Lord, keep my family safe."
    Thank you

Those were good testimonies. But it didn't bring courage to me. It brought just more fear. You shared the demise of people following Jesus. People want hope in this world, so that they could be courageous in their hurdles. But you suggested to welcome death with courage. Wrong examples. Also there is nothing in this to tell us how to be courageous. Good attempt though

@@anitavictorious3783 well then they should answer how is Grace sufficient. Grace of God is unmerited favour. But if they are going to die, what favour are they getting there. If the favour is only gonna be in heaven then why say grace is sufficient here?
