If the cut is on the face or it is large and the edges are spread widely apart, call a back-up adult for help because the child may need medical car. If the cut is small, handle it yourself. Rinse with clean water, pat dry, and apply antibiotic ointment. Cover it with a band-aid. Hopefully this helps!

I just took a 6 hour (Oml) baby sitting class YESTERDAY, and I was sooo excited to start being able to baby sit until my mom dropped the bomb on me. Maybe start out babysitting when parents are home - kinda like a helper. The parents can report back on how well you did and help convince your mom.
