    The number one, of the choaches. C'e' una cosa che distuba la visione dei tuoi filmati, e' il continuo scorrere delle auto,che puoi eliminare mettendo un semplice telo... Ciao from a italian master..'47

    your lessons are gold sir, please keep posting. If you would be so kind, I would like to know your opinion about the action on the right foot. Should this be a deliberate action exerting force, or should one move as quickly as possible to the left leg block?

    • @coachhalley
      @coachhalley  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! I’ll add your question to my topic list 👍🏻 the right foot is early in a chain of events that leads to transferring energy up your body. It doesn’t exert force like a push off the ground but contributes to the transfer of energy. I’ll do my best to articulate it in a video.

    Can you give a little more detail about what "flared hips" are?

      Here’s a little more but I’ll do a video on the hips in the near future 👍🏻. Javelin Throw - Impulse / Crossover Foot Position
