Hey Coach: Thanks for the great explanation !!! I have experienced every one of those positions you demonstrated in competition !! (lol). It's July 14, 2019 and I JUST saw this now.
Only wish I found it 4 Days ago! Just got back from Nationals, came in 4th ehhhhh not so good . But my enthusiasm is completely renewed Because your insights have completely explained to me what has been happening for the last 2 months !! Blocking too stiff, no hinge , riding right up and "running over" with no "BUMP" Can't wait to get back out onto the practice field!
