    Можно приготовить и на курином мясе, но в оригинале рецепта именно рёбра свиные.

Cook the meat in slightly salted water for about 2 hours Peel 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 sweet pepper, buryak. Wash the vegetables under running water. Onion and pepper cut into cubes. Carrots and beets grate on a grater. Fry the vegetables in oil in a deep frying pan until the onions are ready. Separately, we take 6-7 pieces of tomato and, together with the peel, break it into a paste in a food processor. The resulting tomato paste is poured over the vegetables and simmer all together for 7-8 minutes. Put the diced potatoes in the broth and cook until fully cooked. Then we pour our vegetables and tomatoes into the castrol with broth and potatoes. Cook for 10 minutes. Chop the cabbage and add it to the borscht. Cook all together for another 15 minutes. Then add the dill and a little chopped garlic. That's it, ready. You can eat. Bon appetit
