@@kingrecent1you absolutely can! I'm a former personal trainer and kickboxing couch. Age 41. I retired from competing in amateur kickboxing and switched over to boxing. Just training. I lift weights,cycle, hiking, lap swimming and because of all this my body looks like a 17 year wrestler. 10% body fat.Ripped. I get alot of respect for it so people are more prone to listen to me when I talk so I use that as an advantage to give my testimony and plant seeds for christ. There will always be haters so just try your best to stay away from them and ignore them. Plus having the confidence knowing if someone does attack me I'm well prepared to protect myself. We are use to seeing most Christian men scared to fight but there are some out here that can and will if necessary. It has happened but if someone does physically attack me for speading the gospel they will be out of work for awhile if you know what I mean. My name is Tommy Heckman out of south bend Indiana.
Fasted for years for myself but just finished 90hrs for The trinity. Went back into the gym today and told “the girl” that I saw her in a dream where I had to follow god. She broke down immediately and said she grew up Christian and God has been calling her. Hallelujah 🙏.

Recently sinned after not doing so for a while, regretted it, disconnected, but pulled myself back up even when I didn’t feel like it and reconnected with God quickly! The more you hold onto your guilt the longer you stay down and disconnected from God. God is so good! Thank you for this video ❤

The most challenging water fast I have done was the 40 days and 40 Night when I was 28 years old. I depend 100 on the Holy Spirit. I was homeless at the time and after that fast my life did a 1080 I'm traveling all over the world spreading the good news. Currently in Tanzania in Africa on my last week I'm flying to tijuana.

How God helped me get back to Him when I got lost and couldnt find my way:
When I felt distant from God, I couldnt read His Word, felt discouraged to worship and barely pray, felt lost, a void in my heart, unfulfilled, going through hard times and betrayed by my loved ones and very distraught.
I prayed sincerely and humbled myself before Him, surrendering and crying out to Him. I repented from having been distant from Him and asked Him to help me get back to how it was before. To have a close relationship with Him and know truly Him. I prayed for deliverance continually, and distanced myself from toxic people who were stumbling blocks, set aside time daily and spent time with God, and fasting from food and things which were distractions, like tv, and social media. God healed, delivered me and helped me to feel His presence again while I worshipped and prayed, filling my heart with Joy and His perfect Peace, then I could again start reading His word without feeling overwhelmed, after praying for guidance and revelation. He teaches me and guides me through His word and helps me to understand things I cant understand on my own. I feel closer to Him now and He reasures me that I am His child.
If you feel distant from God due to life troubles or someway you lost you way and now you it seems like you cant get back to God, dont give up. Ask Him to help you. He wants us to come back to Him. He is waiting for us. But we must truly want it and seek Him with all our heart, soul and mind like He said. Putting aside all wordly distractions and anything that is keeping you away from spending time with Him. We must not deceive ourselves. The enemy uses anything to keep us away from God. We must also seek healing for past trauma and wounds that prevent us from truly submitting to God. Only He can set us Free if we are willing. 🙌

I’ve committed to fasting for 24hr one day a week. This will be my 5th week. As soon as you said fasting my flesh started screaming for donuts. 🤦♀️

I fasted for 48 hours after watching this video and I came back to Him. He’s been speaking to me in dreams, restored my faith - was feeling hopeless and doubtful of His Promises before - and Ive been able to discern when the Holy Spirit is speaking to me. Hallelujah!

God really works in mysterious ways just last year August, I started playing chess the 2 coaches who coach me their brothers and they Christian and they not lukwarm!!!
It is only through God I met them, also most of the players at the chess club are true Christ followers.
One guy gave me a pamplet to read, which really made me think about my lifestyle.
Whoever is struggling with whatever sin just pray, read the Bible and ask Christ and God help you fight the flesh and the dark forces, we cannot do it alone, we need Christ and God!!!

Marc! Your relationship with God must be A1. Over the last week or so, I got back into working out. Before I was saved in April, that was all I did, and I know exercising isn’t bad in itself but it personally led me to self righteousness, pride, and manipulation tactics with women due to me being insecure growing up. Ever sense the end of April, all I’ve been doing was seeking God, reading the word, praying and fasting, and watching videos to educate myself. But then, I heard exercise is good because your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. Immediately, since last week, I couldn’t focus clearly. I was just thinking about protein, gains, my workout, and buying food to bulk. It led to gluttonous nights where I was past full. I wasn’t in the spirit anymore. I still beared good fruit, but I didn’t have that meekness to me anymore. It’s been such a gray area, and it concerned me that I wasn’t on fire as I was over the past two months. Then you come out with this! Thank you brother!
